Dunkin'

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin I have ever been through. The workers are always mean and never understand what I'm saying. If you change the staff I'm sure the experience would be 100000x better. My experience here never matches my experiences at other dunkin donuts, as the workers have denied me things like changing my order when I get to the window, and often the order is incorrect but I fear to correct them because they are very mean. It's a shame because this is right down the street from my house, but we will almost always choose Starbucks over this Dunkin because it is the most unreliable business I have ever worked with.

I have ordered online from this Dunkin Donuts a few times. Both times I ordered a $5+ iced macchiato were bad experiences. The first time I already paid for it, got there and there machine was broken. The next time, I have them another chance, ordered online within their hours of operation, get there and they aren’t even open! Never again...hope I can get my money back.
