Chile Peppers Mexican Grill

This is the worst restaurant I have been to in years. Their cheese sauce was made from a powder base that you add water too. The salsa was straight out of an gallon jug (no way they make it, because if they do make it..... they should go buy some). They seem to make nothing from scratch. I literally left this place and went to Taco Bell because I wanted something "freshly made" I reviewed the local Taco Bell right after. Chili Peppers service was good. They serve nasty food fast! I was told, "if you go here get the ribs." Tex-Mex restaurant. Do not waste your money here. I don't like being so harsh, but it really is terrible. I think your not supposed to have teeth to eat here. All of the people gumming their food seemed to really enjoy themselves. I can't wait for the owners response. Maybe next time I should try a cheeseburger, I hear that is a speciality of most Tex-Mex restaurants.

We had a wonderful waitress truly fast service and the place was very busy. The food was beyond delicious everybody's was very good except like always one who had an issue. The bill came it was just as what we would hope for very reasonable price in and out good service great food if we see another chili peppers again Tex Mex we will sure make a point to stop and eat.

We are regulars here for a reason. Great food, great service and great prices! The only problems we've ever had was eating too much. I don't like wearing masks like many others, but I will where necessary. We have never waited over ten minutes at most to be seated. I understand that the mask violation doesn't come back on me, but instead falls back on the venue in terms of fines and possible closures. Be respectful and support small business.

Hostess doesn't have a clue how to seat people! We waited 20 minutes and there was plenty of tables for 2. She (hatefully) told us (2) she couldn't seat us until they had a table set-up available for the 15 people waiting. No wonder they can't keep servers. A whole side was empty, but she wouldn't seat anyone waiting. Horrible service from the "hostess." All the wait staff has been nice. The saga continues...The owner answered back and basically told me I was all wrong and then made some assumptions that were incorrect. Plus never addressed the rudeness of the hostess. It would have been nice to hear something like, “I’m sorry you had in unpleasant experience at our facility.” When I was at the restaurant, there was no “rush.” Here’s another thing that was misunderstood. Absolutely, I agree with first come first served. However, if there is a large party waiting for seating, and there is a place to seat smaller parties without affecting the ability to seat the large party as soon as possible, you always continue seating the small parties. I have eaten in restaurants across the entire United States and this is how it is done everywhere I’ve ever eaten. Logic is that you explain to the group that you are working on getting tables set up for them-then you continue to seat the “2” and “4” party groups. Again, this shouldn’t affect the speed with which the large party is seated. In the instance described originally, there was an entire room full of empty booths and wait staff with nothing to do. So the entire restaurant was on hold until the selected tables for the party came open. If there really had been a rush, people would have stacked up and the wait times would have increased exponentially. I actually like to eat at this place-the food is good and the wait staff is great. Most businesses are open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve. In this instance, I believe I’ve spent enough time trying to explain a concept that I believe may fall on deaf ears again.
