Good food, exceptionally great value for money and friendly staff......always busy in the weekend so get in early.
Top shelf if you're in a rush and want great value for money
"Great Malvern - Excellent Indian Restaurant". Our second visit to this Indian restaurant in Great Malvern. Thought I'd go twice before writing a review. We went with another couple this time.
This time it was a busy Saturday night. We were a little early, so our table was not yet ready, however once we were seated it was great from there on.
OK - the place is a bit small - we reckoned about 50 covers, but the meals were fab!
We had poppadoms and dips to start - tasty and fresh.
Then we had a four very different meal - and they were all hot and very well presented. One of the group had a King prawn meal that was very artistically presented. All very appetising. Excellent , attentive service - and bonus ( and cuts the cost) you can take your own alcohol - as it is not licensed.
Thoroughly recommended!

Now known as The Bay Leaf - the staff were wonderful. Very friendly and kind, even giving us extra poppadoms without being asked. We took my partners 6yr old with us and they were lovely to him. Even when he spilt his coke all over the table, they moved us to a new table and got him a fresh coke with no fuss at all. They do children's portion sizes too which is perfect. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it too. We were regular visitors when it was called Zam Zam and we will continue to be now. Very clean and the staff were all wearing masks and maintaining a distance. Lovely place.
Excellent food sitting in or takeaway and it's bring your own drink. Good discount on collection orders and friendly staff that can't do enough for you. Atmosphere is good but a little strange if you eat in as restaurant area is quite small and squashed in and people are walking in and out for takeaway. Flavours of curries vary a little sometimes same curry is spicy sometimes mild.
Good curry, as far as my English taste goes, pretty authentic. Bring your own beer, friendly staff, it's not missing much. Very well priced catered for a table of 10+
Never had a bad meal here. Staff are friendly and accommodating and eager to please. Grandchildren now accompany us and they love it. Absolutely on a par with the best you'd find in the 'Baltic Triangle'.
Great guys who served 5 of us late on Sunday evening with great quality food, extremely good value and were warm, friendly and helpful. We will revisit next year on our annual trip to Ross. Can't believe these guys travel back and forth to Brum everyday too! Dedicated.
Ordered chicken saag, chicken korma and butter chicken as a takeaway. Korma and butter chicken were exactly the same but the kids loved it! The food was delicious and delivery time within time stated.
The Tuesday night Banquet for £8.95 is a great deal. Any starter, any main, any vegetable side, any rice or nan. Extremely tasty and would definitely go again 👍
Best place I’ve been to by far! Great customer service and there was a good looking lad that was quite charming actually! Deserved a tip but had to save my money for a pint, sorry mate! Might pop round for his number soon x
The food is amazing, we try and have something different each time and it never disappoints. Staff are very polite, welcoming and warming. A must visit in Malvern.
Ordered takeaway, lamb balti with chicken tikka to start. Delivery was long but it was snowing so can’t complain. Overall nice and fresh but not best
