The Chef reccomendMy mum & dad are a regular here & took us as a treat & it was insane. Great chicken, loads of variety with the sauces & lovely friendly staff. 100000% recommend
Second time visiting and loved it as much as the first time! They seemed much more busier this time but the service was still great and the food was amazing. Can't wait for my next visit!
Two of us shared "The Feast" and it was enormous. Quality of food is great, moist tender chicken, great crunch on the coating and the sides are tasty and generous. The sauces are great, beer selection is a bit fizzy Asian lager heavy, service quick and friendly. Massive amount of Uber & Deliveroo orders, so a popular place.
After attempting get a table in a few other places on Valentines Day and failing we were about to call quits and head home when we stumbled across this little place. And I'm so glad we did! They too were also fully booked but the staff were so friendly and accommodating they offered a table in an hour or a possible table within 5 minutes if another customer didn't show up. So we managed to get a table straightaway, however the other customer did eventually come in. We offered to go next door for a drink and come back an hour as to not cause any issues for the restaurant but they assured us it was fine and to stay and eat. So onto the food. We both ordered the Pow-Pow chicken stack with Black Venom sauce and the salt and pepper fries (as recommended by our lovely waitress) and they were soooo good! Fried chicken and cheesy goodness mixed in with gorgeous asian flavours- its not a combo I have ever tried but it was so delicious. I wanted to try the banana fritters too but was too full. Next time though... So all in all we had amazing food, amazing service and a great time. Thank you Peck & Yard for saving our Valentines Day! We shall definitely be back.
Visited last night with my 17 year old daughter for whom this is the go to place for a takeaway!. I was not disappointed, some of the best chicken in Chorlton. I love fried chicken but wasn't sure what to expect. I was impressed by the quality of the fried chicken and variety of sauces. Amazing!!. The service was attentive and friendly, will definitely go back again.
This is our second time here and we'd definitely visit again. Both times we have ordered "the feast" which is more than enough food for 2-3 people and at a really decent price. The food is so well cooked and the chicken is juice and really tasty. The customer service is excellent and the owner is so attentive and passionate about the restaurant. Would definitely recommend you visit.
Where to begin with this place? Everything is fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing and always spot on. So many options and even caters for vegetarians. No matter what I order, I am never disappointed. The owners and staff are fab and always accommodating and friendly which makes the experience even more amazing. I have been many times and will be going back for sure.
Great place for a fun, tasty meal, everything was well cooked and very tasty, staff are very friendly and service was very good. A bit different so a nice change.
Tasty food, good value, really friendly staff. Great for a casual bite out :) will come again for sure. (Would have loved some kind of mayonaise type dip though?)

If you like your fried chicken flavoursome with a crisp coating, this is one of the best places to go in south Manchester (if you also like it with kick, get the Koreana sauce - amazing!) Me and my daughter enjoyed our visit here so much last time, we had to come back. All the staff are really friendly and personable, which is an added bonus. Def coming back for thirds soon...

Excellent, friendly and helpful service. The food here is so good! Been here a couple of times and can't fault any of the food. Would recommend the salt and pepper fries, chicken breast and katsu sauce!
Decided to finally visit Peck & Yard after months of deliberation as it is a little out of the way for us. Was not disappointed one bit, and the food and service exceeded all expectations. Our server was absolutely lovely and couldn't have done a more excellent job of assisting us. The food itself was delicious and at such a reasonable price point, it felt like a steal. We opted for The Feast and each cut of chicken was cooked to perfection. The feast also includes all 5 original dips, each of which was a taste sensation. Also included were two sides, so we went with both regular and salt and pepper fries. Banging, and unbelievable that all of this was only £19.99. Beyond delighted with our visit and hope to be back again in the future!
Visited a few times now and really nice chilled atmosphere. Tasty food and friendly service . The Nun-Chuk wrap is our favourite. Will be a regular visitor for sure !
We ordered the feast which is more than enough for 2 people. Crunchy and scrumptious chicken, variety tasty dips and attentive server. What’s not to like! Also they have nice Asian beer/ale selection. Would visit them again soon
What a great find. Fabulous family place with unusual delicious food with great flavours. Recommend the sharer with all 5 dips to try. Will be back as well as using for take away!
