We called in to eat the other day and were impressed with the quality of the food and the variety on the menu. The place was busy enough for a weekday in June and we recieved a warm reception from the host Tish. The restaurant itself is clean, smart and cosy and is what we call "a work in progress" and we think it will improve with time. We enjoy lebanese food and have tried all the restaurants in the manchester area, this is right up there with the best. We enjoyed fallafel, mutabal, fatoush, mousaka , shami rice and lamb chops, then we had a beautiful dessert called muhallabieh  , which featured rose water , coconut and nuts on a georgeous milk pudding , we had never had this before and it was so light on the pallet. All the food was freshly made that day , which is the norm for this type of food if you have to succeed .
We have a couple of issues that should be addressed. Warm plates for main courses are essential, but we had to ask for those and we felt that
the 4 lamb chops for £12 should be 6 or reduce the price to a £10 ticket.
The beautifully coloured traditional plates were in danger of slipping off the table, table settings will cure this .
These comments are only little issues and they will not stop us from going again rest assured!!

I went there with my family for the very first time and the customer service was amazing! The restaurant manager was very nice and welcoming. He also gave us pretty good discount! Great value for money for tasty food. We tried Lebanese food for the first time and everything was delicious! Highly recommend to everyone. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy and there is enough good space for families to dine in.

Perfect for students, lovely atmosphere, fantastic value for money for amazing authentic food. New location is really nice. BYOB was easy, no corkage charge. Food arrived quickly perfect for a group to share. Jade our server was lovely and knowledgeable about the menu. Would recommend the veggie kibbeh!

We ordered food from Pasha for our Wedding party. It was amazing, arrived right on time, there was plenty of it and all very tasty! Everyone who came to our party commented on how amazing the food was! The one token picture I took does not do it justice - i barely had time to take a picture before people dived in! Taff was so accommodating and helpful when we were trying to decide how much and what to order! We love the restaurant so this was the obvious choice for our party!

The food, decor, shisha and vibes this day were off the charts!! I went here for dinner and we ordered the lamb kebab; one with rice, the other with chips. The mocktail were really good too, I enjoyed the strawberry daiquiri. Perfect spot for catching up with friends, midweek shenanigans, date night etc!!

The best lamb chops I had in years! Grilling lamb chops isn't easy and those guys nailed it! Tried the mix grill as well. Nice atmosphere and service. Definitely recommend it

There are a limited number of parking places available very close to the restaurant on the main road and we were very lucky to get one just outside the fire station. We were welcomed very warmly and the waitress immediately offered to open the wine we had brought as you can bring your own wine with no corkage charge! We were also offered a jug of tap water which came with ice and lemon. For starters we had the Pasha baba Ghanouj, Chicken Bourak and Kibbeh Makli and all of them were excellent with the baba Ghanouj being one of the best we'd had - even better than in Istanbul. For mains I had the mixed kebab, which was one skewer of lamb cubes, one of chicken cubes and one of minced lamb. All of the meat was lovely and tender with a lovely hint of spice and I would say they were all cooked perfectly. The sauces accompanying them was also great. We also had some rice with vermicelli and a portion of tabouleh which was delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful and my only slight gripe was that the tables are rather close together and it would be rather difficult to have a cosy, intimate dinner here. However, the food was excellent and I love being able to take my own wine as I know it will be good and I wont be paying way over the odds for it. Pity its not nearer home!

A lovely friendly restaurant. They pack in some unique and string flavors to the Mediterranean food. Well done! PS: Bring your own alcohol as they don't have a license.

The place was great. Authentic ambience. Friendly staff. Quick service. Menu had a good selection of meat fish and veg options. Great presentation. But the flavour and spicing was only average.

We enjoyed a meal here last night. Jade who served us was very attentive and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. She kindly recommended some dishes and they were so delicious, especially the vegetarian recommended small plates. All the family enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back again. Great value for money
