One of the best restaurants in Manchester. This place is truly a great experience the food tastes great and the presentation makes you feel like you are eating art. They also have a afternoon tea menu butt be sure to book I advance as this place is always very busy. However I must admit the place is a little pricy so unless you have a lot of disposable income maybe save it for a special occasion.

Absolutely the best food and dining experience of my life. Couldn't fault a single dish of the 14 tasting menu, didn't want it to end. Both the receptionist and the servers were amazing and very helpful explaining the dishes and even with my 10 month old daughter too sorting a highchair and hot water to heat her food up. Perfect atmosphere and beautiful views too on the second floor.

Fantastic 14 course tasting menu. My husband had the vegetarian version - great that they put the same effort into that as the meat and fish menu. Lovely server too. A really special and totally enjoyable experience.

My pictures don't do it justice. Outstanding experience and a perfected menu from start to finish. The drinks flight / wine flight to accompany the taster menu are exquisitely matched to give a wondrous flavour and taste experience. I shall return!

Wow, just wow. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the experience is amazing. The staff are so very attentive but not overbearing. They're also so knowledgeable about all the dishes served, nothing is too much trouble. This is a special treat kind of restaurant down to the cost but it's definitely worth it!

We went for the taster menu on our anniversary. Our waiter made the experience well worth while. His enthusiasm made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Hands down one of the best fine dining eateries in Manchester, both for service and food. Highly recommended the 14 course tasting menu, it'll take you a few hours but worth it. Don't be put off by any of the combinations, you might not like them all but there's some treats in there.

Not my cup of tea but everyone I wen't with seemed to think it was amazing. If you're after a Masterchef experience in Manchester this is certainly the place to go.

Great views overlooking Manchester lots of drinks and food, lift wasn't working so we had to take the stairs 12 floors 😓😊

Roof restaurant is lovely. Afternoon tea superb and the terraces real give an outside feel but with plenty of weather protection. Service was excellent.

Beautiful setting and fantastic food. We had the tasting menu and while it was expensive, it took us nearly three hours to get through and felt like a real treat. The staff were also excellent and very attentive and fun. One thing to note that we didn't realise - the restaurant is on the second floor of the tower, not the top floor, so the views are not great. There is a bar on the top floor that you can visit, but it's not really the same vibe as the restaurant - it was crowded with hen parties when we visited after our meal.

Went here for afternoon tea for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The food and cocktails were amazing. Our server was very friendly and made us feel at ease (I think his name was Ben). I would definitely recommend if you're looking for an afternoon tea that's different from the rest. I've been for alot of afternoon teas and this is one of my favourites.

Having followed the TV show and visiting Manchester for the first time (for The Who concert which was brilliant by the way), my son and I decided we had to give this place a go. We started the evening at the bar on the top floor where we experimented with some of their cocktails - great. We were in the perfect mood when we were approached by a hostess who took us down to our table. We fell in love with the restaurant instantly - fabulous. Nicely spaced out, great atmosphere and brilliant to see all the chefs at work. We had a wonderful waiter (an actor with whom we thespians connected immediately) and from then on the evening was simply magic. We opted for the 10 course taster with wine pairing. I have seldom had paired wines that so perfectly matched our meal in quantities that were just right. I will say no more than the whole experience more than matched our expectations and both of us (who love trying out food) had an absolutely smashing evening. Bravo to the entire cast and crew of Manchester House and thanks for a brilliant experience.

This really is an exquisite restaurant, lovely surroundings, space around your table, helpful staff, and most of all fantastic food. They cater really well for all dietary requirements, and they ask you about your eating preferences when they ring to confirm the booking. We went from the main menu but there is a tasting menu as well. Presentation is wonderful the wine list is extensive. This is not the cheapest of restaurants, but worth it for a special treat, a great way to spend an afternoon.

Great setting, excellent service and superb food. Manchester's best in our opinion. We had the 10 course taster menu. Our waiter talked us through the dishes with real knowledge and evident passion. The flair in presentation was matched by the flavours - inventive, surprising and delicious. Some brought tears to the eyes. We'll be back!

I was treated to the taster menu here for my birthday. We sat on the chef's table. The experience was excellent. The food was inventive and well thought out, with some nods to Manchester in there, the wines were paired perfectly and the customer service we received could not be faulted. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fine dining in Manchester. The French used to be our go-to for fine dining but Manchester House has easily blown Adam Reid out of the water. We will definitely be visiting again.

So. We had the private dining room and the 9 course tasting menu. Food was very good. But not enough even with 9 courses! Had to order bread. Waiting staff professional. Ambience very good. But the rest of the restaurant was empty even on a balmy Thursday evening. It's worth dining there. Felt it missed a certain something to be able to give it 5 stars.

If you're reading this you probably already know - best restaurant in Manchester. Chef's table is where it's at.

Just perfection. I can't fault an inch of it. We had a surprise 30th birthday and the staff were all in on it. They were attentive and knowledgeable and offered the smoothest of services. The food was incredible and the wine pairing was a great idea, with suggestions from the sommelier. I would recommend this to all who want a treat
