Excellent place to eat, the salmon is my favorite, staff are friendly. Ambience is great. Recommended!
Travel all the way from Edinburgh to Manchester and what do I do whilst in Manchester? Go to a Scottish brewery. Had a couple of pints of Dead Pony and one of flagship Punk. Other than a random homeless man walking in and eating everyone's abandoned food and atmosphere was brilliant.
My best buddy introduced me to the BrewDog Punk IPA and ever since then I wanted to go this bar in London. Due to a tight packed schedule, couldn't but luckily for us we found it in Manchester. Got to try the Punk IPA directly from the tap and got to say it was real good. The ambiance is light on the head and a really nice view of the streets from their outside seating area.
As a major fan of both Brewdog beers and Honest burgers, I was pretty excited to read that they'd been working together on developing a burger for the launch of the Bourbon Baby beer that would be available in Manchester for ONE NIGHT ONLY and so drew a big burger on the calendar at home to make sure I wouldn't forget when the date rolled around.
We will most certainly be returning to BrewDog and I expect it will be soon. Even though it was a modern bar with a forward thinking attitude to beer, I would recommend it to anyone, from the most traditional of real ale connoisseurs to people like me who don't even like beer. The staff were super nice and helpful too and I quite regret not asking them to recommend me something that might convert me to start drinking beer. I definitely will next time and I know they will be more than happy to help. In fact the only problem with the staff was that a rare situation arose in which Bailey did not have the best beard in the room which caused some beard envy. I'm now thinking back to a couple of weeks ago when Bailey's friend Justin came to visit and we were complaining that there were "no good boy pubs in town", well now we know there is. Excellent.
So Brewdog have a new BBQ style menu... and are playing out with the big boys. These pictures really don't do it justice - it's quite frankly some of the best BBQ food in town.
We went to Brewdog in Manchester not so long ago, just as they were changing menus the following week. I figured that they'd still do burgers, but no these have gone, to be replaced by ribs and pulled pork. Despite this, to be honest I had no immediate plans to go back, until today when our pre-planned lunch at Changos Burrito changed at the last minute. I could just not be bothered to join a queue of about a dozen people, all patiently waiting out on the street, plus I was on a parking meter for only an hour. Where to go? Pizza Express? No. Philpotts? Nah. How about that new Halal Steak place? Neither of us were keen, we'd had burgers on Tuesday.
I know, why don't we zip into Brewdog? So that's what we did.
BrewDog’s Juicy Lucy patty had chopped jalapeños in with the cheese too which I really liked. Served in a brioche bun accompanied with crispy bacon and lettuce.
Can't fault it. The caesar salad was delicious, the beer range was decent and the staff were excellent. Location is good, pretty central, loads of seating. Prices were reasonable. All round good experience.
Great ambience, great beer and fab staff. Looks and feels like the brewdog in Cheltenham and Leeds. Lots of groups sharing food and chatting. Brewdog just have it totally spot on with their bars and I totally enjoyed the Manchester peter street experience, sat outside with a lost lager
Nice area to people watch and just relax. None of your usual beers 🍻 here all unusual and completely different in a good way. Very busy and the food looks amazing 😻 very quick service. Challenge your server to rock paper scissors ✂️ to get a free dessert 🍮 😂
Been here with my colleagues for a team dinner. Loved the interior, the waiter was very knowledgeable. I loved thr beers, as well as the burger (special with spicy chicken thighs, whipped Philadelphia and spring onions). Truffle loaded fries are a good choice for a sharing platter.
Great food and great service. A little bit pricy but the burgers were very tasty. They have both vegetarian and non vegetarian options.
Awesome hotel! The staff were so friendly! Really enjoyed our stay, our room was slightly smaller than expected, but the cleanliness and added touches made up for it. Always appreciate being able to bring our dog to stay with us and even better being in Manchester. Rooftop bar was awesome as well as the actual bar. We enjoyed food, drinks & breakfast. Thanks so much Brewdog!!
Great BrewDog beers as always. The tasting board is interesting, lovely different types. Staff very friendly and nice atmosphere. I like the decoration, pinball machines and boards games. Got stressed playing Scrabble, I don’t recommend it 😂
The burgers are a bit expensive.
Great small brewdog with very nice friendly staff.
Came in for the Beer school last night with Sam.
Absolutely fantastic! We’ve like BrewDog and their beers but it was great to learn a bit about the beers. How they’re brewed and try a few different beers.
Sam’s knowledge was fantastic! We really enjoyed our visit and would 100% reccomend a visit!
Amazing food, burgers are incredible and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for meal and/or drinks
