It was a warm friendly atmosphere The food was great , big portions And really tasty and the flavours are great The staff are great ....i was served by an australian lady called kim . Very pleasant . Always smiling .nothing to much trouble...

The food, staff and the atmosphere at Las Iguanas Deansgate is brilliant. We had a fabulous team meal and we were made to feel very welcome! Thanks to all involved.
Great dinner and drinks. Highlight of the evening really was our server Lucy (with the blue hair) who was really engaging, entertaining and made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. Fun times and after this first visit, I'll definitely come back.
Keep coming back to this place. Menu is big and varied. Enough spice without being too hot. Get there early for the cheaper food and drinks offers! Staff are usually attentive, but occasionally you have to flag them down, but only natural when it's busy.
Beautiful Mexican food we had here. The space was huge and nicely decorated. The food was awesome and fun to eat. Had a nice pastry puffs filled with lamb here. Love the quesadillas as the bread was soft and had a delicious fillings. Love the prawn tacos as the prawn was fresh. The sweet potato fries were perfect side dish.
Tastiest Mexican food in Manchester! I always order the nachos and the enchilada. Service is excellent the place has been done up beautifully. Really nice ambiance. The enchilada is a must have along with the nachos. Happy hour on drinks is good it's one on one free! My favourite restaurant in the uk.

Consistenly Great!. A lovely mexican setting and good food and cocktails to compliment it. I have visited here several times and always been impressed by the staff, speed, service, food and drinks. There is a great selection of foods and even non alcoholic cocktails! Everything from the exterior, through the bar, the restaurant and even the toilets is perfectly clean and well set. The food is tasty and fresh and always perfectly cooked. Even just nachos and drinks makes for a yummy experience. If you haven't given this a go yet, don't hesitate and enjoy!
Twice in a week!. We enjoyed celebrating Helen's birthday here so much last week that we returned with friends last night. The same warm welcome, great food and Happy Hour cocktails proved that last week hadn't been a fluke. We will certainly return.
Good range of Latino food. We ate here the yesterday and it was a good night. When we arrived it was happy hour on cocktails so 2 for 1.
There is a whole range of Latino classics like Argentinean steaks, Peruvian lamb, Mexican fajitas etc,
I had the Pollo con chorizo for a main which was about £10 and was really tasty. It was a bit more soupy than expected and I think they could have served more rice but the chicken was thigh which was tasty and not processed.
The whole place is a little themic and chainy but far more original than their neighbors... La tasca, Bella Pasta and the Slug and lettuce.
All in all it was good value for money, tasty and nice friendly service

Step out of Manchester into Brazil. The wall deco at the rear of the restaurant combined with the latino music makes me feel like I have stepped out of rainy Manchester and into the warmer climes of Brazil, great food, pleases my veggie friends and the cocktails are damn good too!
Went for a brunch...the choice of food isn't massive but it's really nice...cocktails were lovely n u got quite a few to choose from...we tried them all...delicious 😋 service was great..quick to get u ur next drink. Would definitely recommend 👌
I've visited with 4 friends for my birthday. We did the bottomless brunch, and I've got mixed feelings. Our server Ania was wonderful, big up Ania, well done. I got a free fudge brownie with non-dairy ice cream (nice, lactose, and I don't get along). But, for a 2h bottomless, the first drink arrived 25-30 minutes into the booking. We saw our food on the kitchen counter waiting to be bussed out for 20 min. It was under the heat lamps, so the outside was warm, but the inside of my burger was colder. I think they were understaffed. Oh, and drinks were half water/ice, quarter limes, and quarter mixers/alcohol.
Me and my friends went for bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. The food was lovely, and the service was even better. We were served by Tiegan who could not be more attentive to our table and made sure we always had a drink! Would recommend to anyone.
Delicious food that comes at a decent pace. I ordered the steak fajitas, which comes deconstructed, so you don't need to worry about what's on it and don't need to use what you don't like. The order behind mine (behind the yellow bowl) is a chicken burrito. You order and pay online which is nice, but if your payment doesn't go through, then it's quite difficult flagging down a waiter. Would definitely go here again with friends and/or family.
Plus, multiple people can order/pay for their own meals at the table at different times, so it's great for groups who don't want one single person to pay.
It was the first time I went back to this Iguanas in Manchester since 2010. There is a different vibe nowadays, slightly younger clientele, food is not as elaborate as before and less noisy and it actually works. The food now is more directed at sharing with many starters on that category and they do the 2 for 1 cocktails which both helps bring that younger crowd in.
Before it used to have a nice late night vibe of latin music, and people actually dancing in front of the bar, don't know if that still happens at night, but didn't get that impression somehow. Food wise good place to go and have some, almost, authentic Latin American food!
Our server Tiegan was amazing! so so lovely and quick and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was stunning and the drinks were flowing for bottomless brunch. would highly recommend for anyone looking for bottomless brunch in Manchester!

We stopped in Easter Sunday and there was ample seating available, and the food came out extremely quickly. Service was great, the 2 for 1 cocktails are decent (a little small/weak, but ok with the deal).
There are several vegetarian options, and particularly recommend the enchiladas. The flavors are pretty nice, though portions slightly small compared for the cost.
