Went here for lunch last Sunday. Had a Sunday roast and a Burger with my partner. We really enjoyed our food and the service was quick and polite. The classic pub interior looks great. Will definitely be back for more homemade food :)
Just back from a three night stay at this fab place to see the cricket. Such a fantastic location, easy to get to the cricket ground and the tram stop for the city centre. Very comfortable room (if a little warm!) and a small selection of cereal/fruit/juices etc for a self serve breakfast. Thank y
Large pub has lots of seating. Has a weird ordering system that if you only want a drink you have to queue with the food orders which can take ages if get behind a big order. Makes no sense
Room was clean and met our expectations. Staff were friendly and location was ideal for us. Unfortunately the good continental breakfast available would have been ideal but all the milk had gone off or was out of date.
Really friendly and pleasant welcome. Good food, great service, comfortable bed, room well equipped and clean, couldn't have been better. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend The Bowling Green. They provided a beautiful deluxe buffet for my Mothers funeral. The food was very fresh, really delicious and the quantities were great. The service was excellent and the room was perfect. Great value for money. Thank you Mark and Jess for making this a lovely
One of the best pubs in Chorlton. Great food, perfect for families and dog friendly. Staff are very attentive and you never wait long to be served.
Great pub. One star off as the food order was a fiasco, the wrong thing came out twice and an item forgotten. It seemed as if everyone was hungover from the night before. It’s good that there’s a tap out side so dogs can have fresh water,
Clean! VERY comfortable beds, good wifi and the services available are as stated! The Pub grub was 🔥 the GF Halloumi and Cajun Blackened Chicken were a big favourites!
Every single person that we interacted with at Bowling Green were just class! Friendly, Helpful super accomodating.

Room was lovely and continental breakfast facilities were well stocked and fresh. Lots of snacks in room which was a nice touch.
Called here for tea and had a fab cheese & onion pie. Its described as famous and I will definitely call again. Dog friendly and loads of outside covered seating.
