Beautiful restaurant, fabulous views of the city, exceptional food and even better service, staff were so attentive and very professional. This was my 1st visit, but will definitely be going back and would certainly recommend 20 Stories to anyone wanting something special, because “Something Special” is exactly how I would describe this venue and experience.

Love this place! 20 Stories high and you’re on cloud 9! Just a perfect afternoon yesterday with my girly step relatives. Special section reserved for us and excellent waiter service from Francesco! He couldn’t do enough for us!
The views are magnificent and the drinks are mmmmmm gin-tastic!! A massive shout out to my Dad’s namesake Mike O’Brien for serving us with a smile and such charm � I’ll be back!! ���
Gorgeous views. Fantastic Gin menu. The bartender helped me pick out a new Gin to try after explaining what I liked to drink. He was spot on! We also had food on the terrace in one of the pods which are beautiful! Yes it’s a little pricey but totally worth it and will definitely be going again

Myself and my 4 friends came for lunch and drinks. The entire experience was excellent. The restaurant itself is lovely, the food was really good and the service was exceptional. Our waiter was very accommodating! Will defo be visiting again�
Stunning rooftop location with panoramic city view. Menu is very British ranging from creative cocktails to exotic wines and champagne. Lovely experience with couple of friends as the stylish setting contributed to a unique dinning experience. Very well spaced sitting, friendly staffs, upscale atmosphere and food is lovely. Had Pan roasted chicken for mains, quite soft and tender and fennel salad for starters, both lovely. Had chocolate carrot cake for Dessert which was even more impressive.
That view is… I’m so glad I got to try this place out for my birthday, whilst I didn’t eat, I tried two cocktails and was really impressed but when I walked out onto the terrace I was blew away with that view, it just takes your breath away and the windows are so clear that it looks like you could walk off. Even the surrounding parts of the terrace was amazing to look at.
This was our second visit to 20 Stories this time a lunch booking. Again we had an excellent experience. Very professional friendly staff. A credit to you. The food was gorgeous and we felt priced well for the whole experience. A very enjoyable visit and a shout out to your staff member Rachid who was attentive, friendly and efficient. Keep doing what you’re doing. We loved it.
Enjoy dinner with colleagues over there. You can expect fabulous view, great food and excellent service. Maybe a bit pricey, overall it is worth of money.
We went for my wife’s birthday. She had an amazing time with the lovely food and wonderful cocktails! The wine recommendation was spot on and the music volume was just right too! Overall a memorable experience for us and we look forward to celebrating here again
Had a lovely meal on Saturday. Service as always was second to none. The food was lovely. We were seated at 3pm so had the option of the 3 course lunch which we both opted for and were not disappointed.
The mackerel and peas in the salmon were quite salty so avoid those if you don't like too much salt in your food. They were still lovely meals.
The passion fruit cheesecake and apple tart were a beautiful refreshing way to end the meal.

Well they have perhaps the best bird-eye view of Manchester. Cozy, warm ambience. The food quality is decent. The reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is due to the poor bar service, and I am a regular, the bartenders are a bit rude in general.
Such a special place for a restaurant. The views are amazing! The food is really nice and the staff is the best. Prices are high, but worth it. If you don't like loud music, then this is not the place for you. Loved the experience!
Went for drinks, great cocktails and a stunning location. Outside terrace is a real bonus. Views are incredible. The drinks are not the cheapest but the quality, service and location make it worth it.
Really gorgeous views - we didn’t eat but the food did look good. The drinks and food are very expensive though, however, for soft drinks and some ciders it’s reasonably priced and definitely worth getting a few drinks to be surrounded by the views you get. They are stunning. The outside area was really relaxing too! I think some people did find it hard to get a seat, however I guess it depends when you do go!
My friend who took me here also said sometimes it is so busy you have to queue to get the lift, but we were lucky enough to go straight in and get a seat. I guess it depends!

WOW WOW WOW!! It’s mine and my partners first time here and it’s the most breathtaking restaurant we’ve been too. The service was fantastic! Having assigned your own waiter and the layout of the restaurant was perfect! Our waiter was friendly and chatty! He was more than happy to help with any requests we had and gave us some amazing recommendations with drinks and food! We didn’t have to wait long for food and the the music was also very nice. The food was excellent, maybe the best I’ve ever eaten! You get what you pay for, for sure!The terrace was my favourite as you could see everything from where we were sat! The best thing, was that they had heated lamps to keep you warm which I find fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it was the best night! Many many thanks to all of the staff who made us feel welcome! We will definitely be returning in the future!!
Summary: If you prefer a clubbing-like atmosphere, then I would highly recommend this place.
We booked to go to the restaurant here. With a meal booking you are able to jump the long queue which is fab. When we arrived we were made to feel very special and everyone was so lovely. We had the steak for 2 with the truffle fries, and it was amazing. However, the 3 scallops, for £20, were very nice but disappointingly small. (Even for a high-end restaurant standard). And the 30minute wait after ordering drinks was substandard.
The restaurant is very loud as the terrace bar is very busy and popular. Would highly recommend for a special occasion and to sit in the bar outside after. ASK FOR A WINDOW SEAT!!!!
The views from this rooftop bar are stunning. Worth the extra £ for the drinks. Around £13-£15 a cocktail and a schooner of beer is £5.75. I disagree with service charges especially 13.5% but luckily as we ordered from the bar this wasn't applied. The seats outside are relaxing, there are blankets as well and a lovely chilled Ibiza style playlist. The toilets are excellent as well. The Margherita I had was freshly squeezed and tasted superb with a friendly barman.
Been at 20 stories celebrating with my husband’s birthday everything was fabulous,we both enjoyed the ambience,the food and staff who looked after us they’re all friendly and approachable especially the waitre name Sajid.
We went for my birthday and had the 5 course tasting menu. It was delicious and the staff were attentive
