Absolutely lovely place making great cocktails! A bit pricey at 22 squid for sharing zombi but it was very nice and theatrically delivered with fire and dusting of sparks
The best chicken tenders ever! Service and beer was also very good. We had a nice time there!
Came here for a birthday meal out with friends.
Saturday night about 7:30pm -was reasonably busy , but the service was good.
Food was okay, although they were out of the baby back pork ribs which was disappointing. But I guess they must be good to sell out so soon in the evening.

I stopped by Cane and Grain with a colleague while in Manchester. We turned up on a Saturday without a reservation and had to queue outside for 5 minutes for a seat inside (would have been 25 for outside seating). We didn't eat here but the food that was coming out looked great. There is another bar upstairs that is a speakeasy theme, beautiful bar. Downstairs is great, lots of salvage for that industrial look. Loved it in here. Will definitely return
Decent food and beer. Good place to stop in for lunch with a wide selection. Burger was a bit dry and small in the bun for the price paid.
I came when it was sunny so outdoor seating was perfect. I didn’t have a booking either and waiting time wasn’t long maybe 10-15 minutes. It was easy to order and food came in about 15/20 minutes which was great. I ordered the vegan burger and wow, one of the best non meat burgers I’ve probably ever

The BBQ and A that we attended was excellent with knowledgeable staff showing how they prepare the meat that they sell in the bar. The end result is to die for.
The beef rib is amazing - 9/10, Dr Pepper glaze is absolutely delicious. If you're big into tender meat, don't mess with the spare - just get 3 x beef, you won't regret it. Service is always great and vibe is on point
Good food at a great price. Gourmet style, contemporary pub food. Great burgers! Good selection of local beers. Nice atmosphere. Really good spot when the weather is good enough to sit out so you can also get your spot on sun. Highly recommend coming here. They won't disappoint.
