Sicilian Nq - Bistro And Bar - Manchester - Photo album

Arancino was so yummy and very similar to what we have tried when visiting sicilly. The lasagne and tagliatelle with truffle and portobello mushrooms were also very tasty. We got the dessert sharing board which was more than enough for two. The pistachio cake and tiramisu in particular were very nic
Best arancini I’ve had and I’ve been to Sicily. Great cocktail and wine options. Very busy on a Friday night so you have to book but good atmosphere
Enjoyed a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth, eponymous ‘Sicilian NQ’ French toast for dessert-brunch here one peaceful Saturday morning ago, replete with pistachio, chocolate, pasticciera (custard) sauce, and maple syrup. Even those who don’t have much of a sweet tooth won’t find it gratingly sugary. Almo
My wife has been wanting to try here for a while, so surprised her for our anniversary. Brilliant hearty food, staff were very welcoming, and gave us a complimentary Lemonciello to help us celebrate. Arancini was delicious and came in a lovely tomato sauce. Will defo be dining again.
cosy little place tucked in on Turner street in the northern quarter and we certainly tucked in . ample portion of lasagne for lunch , my dining companion had the same and managed dessert whilst I had coffee. our lovely friendly hostess Anna was very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble . comp
Cosy. Friendly. Delicious. I've never been to Sicily, however judging by the atmosphere and food created in this gem of a restaurant I feel I must visit one day. This Restaurant transported me to the Mediterranean. Fantastic arancini. The Ragu unexpectedly had a pastry centre with delicious flavours
The pistachio set menu (3 courses for £25) was great value, I hope they do more set menus with different themes in future! We were sat at the bar, which was very narrow and cramped unfortunately. Service was good, lady behind the bar was really attentive.
Cute little place with decent food. Disappointing that so many options not available however what was available was very nice.
Brief: Take the gun, leave the Cannoli The Good: Unique pasta menu and them deserts and nice vibe to the place The Bad: Made a big hole in my pocket Must try: Cannoli! Summary: A Sunday evening dinner with a friend. Made my reservations earlier and I reached the restaurant was seated promptly. I
Amazing Italian afternoon tea! Staff were helpful and friendly!
We came here as a group of 4 as a walk in they were very accommodating and said we could dine even though they were very busy and would need the table back quicker than normal. The food was very tasty and the desserts here are amazing. I had the pizza fritta and the presentation was envy of the tabl
Had a really lovely lunch here! Perfect atmosphere of being central but away from the crowds as its on a quite street. Lovely atmosphere with great service. There's a good choice of vegetarian and vegan options. The food was amazing and will defo be my go to place for the style of food in Manchester
Excellent welcome by friendly owner, as well as dedicated service by the staff. We have been during the week and it was Intimate and relaxed atmosphere, tasty food and good wine. We had the Nero Diavola. An experience I’ll repeat as soon as possible.
Lovely food in a charming little restaurant, cheers to the chef for the bruschetta which is divine and tastes like granny cooking at a farmhouse, honest sized portions that fill you up and leave you light for another glass of wine or aperol, I will definitely be back soon and this time with more fri
