I can not only recommend this shop as a delightful place to meet up with friends and enjoy a coffee and cake, I can highly recommend them for wedding cakes.
I had the pleasure of having a three tier naked cake for my recent wedding and received lots of compliments on both the look and taste of the cake.
Whilst I can't order another wedding cake, I will be back to enjoy the lovely cake, coffee and service.
We had a lovely afternoon tea here for my daughter's birthday last Monday. Good portions and the cakes were to die for. Tea was offered with extra hot water. Really friendly lady. Only small thing I would say is the scones were plain and cold would have been nice warmed. Not that they are horrible. It's just I personally like fruit or cherry ones. My daughter liked them. Definitely recommend.
Amazing!! I ordered a rhubarb sponge cake, sooo good! And a couple of others… both amazing. Gorgeous cakes, really friendly service and had no issue bearing with me whilst I ran after my son mid order. Thank you!! We’ll be back!
Dish & Spoon made a truly beautiful set of cakes for a party (including lemon meringue, blueberry ripple, and vegan biscoff), and all of them were incredibly tasty. The team is always extremely kind and responsive, and we absolutely love all their cookies and other delish offerings. Can't recommend more highly!
I order our wedding cake from Dish and Spoon and was absolutely thrilled with it! I met with Marie and I told her what I was thinking, we came up with some delicious flavours and the cake looked fantastic. So many people commented on how it tasted as amazing as it looked. I'd highly recommend Dish and Spoon to anyone looking for a fabulous looking tasty cake!
Ordered a spiced pumpkin cake and hot chocolate was very nice also the lady who served me was really sweet ❤️
Cutest place ever! Had a hazelnut hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll, will definitely go back to try some more freshly baked treats!

Instead of going for the traditional wedding cake we picked Dish & Spoon to do a 'dessert table' for our wedding - a decision we couldn't have been happier with! We picked a fantastic array of brownies and traybakes. Dish & Spoon cut them into bite sized pieces so guests could have several different ones if they wished. Not only did they taste amazing but Dish & Spoon also styled it all to fit in with the decor of our wedding. We got so many compliments from our guests who thought it was such a lovely touch. Marie was really easy to communicate with and so helpful with making sure we got the right compliment of cakes. I would highly recommend Dish & Spoon to anyone having a wedding and wanting some extra special cakes!
We ordered afternoon tea to take away from here recently. Everything was delicious and the cakes are some of the most well baked and interesting flavours I’ve ever had. The Portuguese tart was the best. Having tried some coffee and cake from other cafes nearby, this is our favourite.
i only got a hot drink but it was good value and tasted great (although it was a little on the cooler side, as was my partners). really looking forward to coming back and trying some of the cakes! they had several delicious looking vegan options
