31/08/23: Vault City: Cloudy Lemonade sour 4.2% 05/07/23: [photo update] open plan bar, gone is the chalkboard trim. I wonder what the view from inside out will look like in a few years.... 26/05/21: 10/11/19: Peaky Blinders Night
Fantastic pub with a great selection of ales. Really funky interior and always such a nice atmosphere. Dogs are allowed in too. Highly recommend.
Amazing pub in Manchester with a huge selection of awesome at a decent price. Bar staff are great the pub is old and had a lovely look. Definitely gi if you like ale.
A lovely place for a quite drink with plenty of choice of cask and craft ales all served in top condition. A good atmosphere in the heart of Manchester and service with a smile on every visit we've had. The bar staff are happy to advise of any discounts on particular days or times and even make you
Visited today on the off chance it would be good after walking past and looking through the window and what a place it is! Huge historic high original ceilings in the 18th century pub, huge selection of craft and cask beer. Super friendly place. A absolute definite place to visit!
I really liked this place. A fantastic range of beers ( I had a Wild Horse Brewing Co Oatmeal Stout 4.7% ( very tasty)). Katie who served me was friendly, knowledgeable about the drinks. Quirky ( I like) looking, Katie told me some of the history of the place. I'll certainly return.
Can't believe I'd never been in here before until Saturday evening just gone. Great place, fabulous selection of real ales in a fantastic old building. Good vibe and the customers attracted seem decent and not moronic. Will definitely be back sometime.
Great pub with craft ales and friendly staff. First time I had been in there in 32 years of living in Manchester! I wasn't disappointed 🙂
Fantastic pub. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable bar staff, and a killer selection of draft and cask. A must-visit in Manchester, if you're into your beers.
I first came here in 1974. It was shut for many a long year and fell into almost total disrepair. It has emerged as probably the best pub in this area of town. Great for real ale and cider. Very friendly pub. I love it..as does Martin Meerkat
