Food excellent, service not too bad had to wait slightly. Don't necessarily stand at the front desk to be seen, go to the bar or catch a member of staff. Have cocktails and 2for1 but make sure you read the small print only the * cocktails are 2for1.
We hosted a business networking event for c65 people, and the support we recieved from Jonny, the events manager, both before and during the event was exceptional - I'd highly recommend the Foundry Project for any event you're looking to hold!
The rest of the team were also fantastic on the evening, and the food was DELICIOUS!
1 star missing for service as the food came out slightly slower than expected, but this didn't take away from everyone having a great night overall :)
The staff for our visit bearing in mind there was 12 of us were very attentive. We were always kept on top of drinks for our Bottomless Brunch. I was just a little disappointed about my full English breakfast menu choice. 😳😵💫. It was dry and I didn't eat much of it, maybe I should have asked for some brown sauce. But the service was brilliant.

Visited on Sunday at 11am (when they open) for brunch (served till 3pm). The smashed avo with homemade beans was delicious. The dirty bird, buttermilk fried chicken burger, is to die for. Even the fries and mayo were lush. Simple cocktail selection but they are made well. The staff are lovely, laid back and friendly but attentive too. Relaxed atmosphere, not pretentious. Can’t wait to come back.
Had a very positive experience having bottomless brunch yesterday - had two fantastic waitresses who gave us loads of attention and were both super lovely. Would definitely come back here again! Food and drinks were great
Fabulous place with a lovely atmosphere. We were a small group celebrating our friend's birthday by having the bottomless lunch on a very busy Saturday afternoon, but the set up was perfect and we were never without a drink. Compliments to the kitchen team too because the food was amazing, and I can't do a review without mentioning our host Frankie who was just the best. He was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On hearing we had a birthday girl he brought her a lovely celebratory cocktail too. We'll definitely be back.
We had an amazing bottomless brunch. Emily was very attentive and went above and beyond with service. It was a special reunion with friends and Emily really ensured we had the best time. The food was great and we were never without a drink. 10/10 would recommend and I hope if I come back, Emily is serving us!
Super fun place with great food. We ended up going there for dinner twice during our one week stay in Manchester. Emily served up both times and even remembered what we had ordered the previous time. She was spot on with her recommendations and her service. Great selection of food - all out meals were super yummy! And
Absolutely amazing. First time brunch post lock down. Frankie made us feel so welcome... amazing service, food and drinks! One of my friends was gluten free one was pregnant...so accommodating. Didn't feel rushed....all in all highly recommend this place!! Enjoy!!! We will be back!!!
