A lovely and stylish experience at Cloud 23 - very comfortable, delicious drinks and a stunning view! The cocktail menu was very inventive, but sadly I didn’t find myself leaning towards any of their craft cocktails which seemed heavy on the bourbon/brandy, thick cream liqueurs and cherry flavours.
Great cocktail bar at the top of the Hilton. Reasonable prices. Service is very good. Cocktails are very inventive but you’re here more for the view and atmosphere. Views during day time were just fantastic especially on a sunny day. Monday late afternoon is just perfect - not too busy.

The afternoon tea with cocktail was £40pp and was brilliant, the cocktails were really nice, and the bar staff were able to mix up some which weren't on the menu (Singapore slings) which was really good of them.
