Theru Kadai - Manchester - Photo album

A great little local cafe serving homemade food. Had the breakfast + black pudding, first class. (Bacon brilliant and very tasty beans). Ginger sponge and custard v. tasty. Mulled wine excellent. Nice atmosphere and people. Recommended *****
Just revisited Theru Kauai after several months, gotta be really honest and compliment the food and service. Very tasty grub, flavoursome, slightly different from the norm and super tasty! Not rushed, relaxed and very friendly, a really lovely experience and atmosphere. Well done all, be seeing you
Lovely owner and great food. Can't give it a full five star as we only got a take away and as I everyone says takeaway never travels well. But still very good. Good job owners and keep marketing the Restaurant, as the location is quiet and people need to be reminded constantly....
Food cooked when ordered. So tasty, It is not oily as many Indian restaurants food is. I always ask for a spoon as I do not want to leave anything in the bowl. Very highly recommended. Truly authentic food.
Absolutely delicious lunch, I had the chicken naan wrap, gorgeous freshly cooked chicken curry served in a warm, fresh fluffy naan with a bite of salad. My partner had the masala breakfast which was so tasty. Very reasonable prices. Will be back soon!
A cut above any Indian food I have tried for years. A great addition to the area. Friendly and welcoming owners and recommended to anyone. I'd go so far as to day it's an essential place to visit for anyone in Urmston.
Delicious breakfast, presented perfectly, attentive service the waiter was lovely. Clean and fantastic seating inside and outside. Great new find open everyday definitely my new hideaway 😁
Every time we go were astounded buy quality food the owners are down to earth &as I'm fussy he always accommodates me. Flavours in my mouth are fab never tasted such food GENUINE Indian food the owner will go far & beyond to his customers. Well done
Went for a group meal celebrating a birthday, 3 course set meal was great. I'm a bit of a curry snob and I'm not easily pleased but the food was very good and very authentic (no generic red sauces that make everyone's meal look the same)
Went to this small cafe with family on a Saturday for brunch. There masala breakfast is Fab. All of our family enjoyed our food. Good job guys keep it up will be back soon
The hidden gem of Urmston! Theru Kadai is off the beaten track of urmston town centre and offers some of the best Southern Indian food I have ever had. The starters are my favourite, especially the dahi puri. Staff are friendly and we always have an excellent evening here. Fully recommended
Fabulous Masala Breakfast and friendly service. A unique concept that was very delicious (made to different spice level to suit tastes). Gorgeous Masala Chai Tea. We will definitely return.
Gorgeous food and friendly, accomodating staff. Never usually bother writing reviews but this place deserves the recognition. Definitely be recommending/returning. Nice little gem for urmston.
This place is unexpectedly great! Food and service both 5*. Bin off the old fashioned Urmston curry houses stuck in the 80's and give this place a try. Recommended!
Stopped by today: well worth the visit - high end food at good prices and a lovely community feel. Menu caters for all, cakes to die for and staff very welcoming! :) Paul & Helen.
Really enjoyed it, one of the best full Englishes I've had in Urmston. Had a really nice healthy juice as well. Will definitely be back!
Was a great place for food and lovely staff Unfortunately it closed this week and has new owners I believe that its going to be a gluten free cafe, So watch this space
Friendly service and tasty soup. Will probably go back to try the cakes which looked very enticing. Edit: went back for cake, it was great.
As always we received a friendly welcome. Delicious homemade food, cakes and deserts. Worth the visit every time.
