This is a really nice restaurant - good quality food and different to the standard Italian restaurant menu you see in Manchester. More representative of modern Italian cooking than you'll normally see. Really good value and professional service as well.
I was here today, and was amazing. You can taste another proper Italian way to make pizza, really good and big. Also the "cannolo siciliano" (dessert) had a really high quality. I advice it 100%

Placed order over phone as was on a tight schedule, got to the place 10 minutes later and the food came out within 5 minutes... Hot and the most tastiest Italian I've had in a long time! Lovely staff and chef is amazing! Think its a family run business and they are running it just fine!
It was much better than I expected. The waiter did an excellent job. The food is simply to die for. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor. Easily earned their 4 stars!

The best pizza I've ever had in the UK. They use real ingredients there is a huge difference between this and what they serve in the chains. And the price is great. Can't wait to try more of the menu.
Authentic Italian with a fresh menu. The food was excellent and not expensive. Good drink selection too. The portions were big (apart from my lasagne) and good quality. I'll be back!
Delicious food, service quick but we didn't feel rushed. We only had mains and a lager but some customers had cocktails and desserts and they looked gorgeous. Only bad point was the toilet door being a bit difficult to shut.
If you are looking for the real italian cooking this is the place! The pizzas, the starters and the handmade ice cream are amazing.I also like the style of the restaurant that matches perfectly with the district where it is located.highly recommended!
The food is brilliant. Love the food, the service, everything. Also, skip the Dominoes next time. Insolito does take away pizza at half the price but double the flavour!
Great Italian experience in the heart of Manchester. I suggest the aperitivo having a traditional Italian drink like spritz or Negroni accompanied by a choice of cured meats, cheese and other tasty nibbles. To be tried.
