This is a five star hotel. The hotel is well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Todd on the champagne bar who made us feel extremely welcome and valued.

We spent a night here, and had a lovely time. I love the elegant decor of the midland, and the receptionist was very sweet. Our room was very nice. We had cocktails at the bar, lovely servers however it took about 15 minutes to be served our drinks and about 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to arrive. Al

From the moment we arrived it was so tranquil and calm. Every aspect was perfect. The staff are super friendly, the place is spotless. The beds are so comfortable that I didn't want to leave there.
