Ocean Treasure Seafood Restaurant - Manchester - Photo album

Traditional Chinese banquet halls are spacious and can accommodate a large number of diners simultaneously. Sunday mornings are traditionally the day when families gather at the banquet hall to have dim sum. We had made a reservation for 12:00 PM, but we arrived 15 minutes before the opening time
The spicy beef was a bit overcooked. The fried rice noodles are a bit oily, but the taste is okay. Recommend the sweet and sour fried fish and rose sauce soy sauce chicken, not very outstanding, but unique. For Chinese restaurants in the UK, the portions are very good and value for money.
Delicious authentic Chinese food. A great variety of dim sum. Good service and NO 10% service charge. Beware of full car park in lunch time.
I was impressed by the restaurant‘s decoration (mainly Cantonese, HK style). You will find a wide range of dishes, not just seafood. I particularly like the soya source chicken and spring onion beef. Some other dishes especially seafood would taste better if the ingredients are fresher. Good experie
Overall Experience - highly recommend the roasted duck, Great place for dim sum 1. Siew mai - standard 2. Har gao - thin skin, huge and fresh prawn 3. Great food! Lovely staff too
I've been dining at this restaurant for over ten years and I've always enjoyed the food and experience. It's quite authentic Chinese food and atmosphere, with both an English and Chinese menu available. The staff are usually quite nice and always smiling, but sometimes are very busy. Downstairs they
A nice Chinese restaurant but you need to get there before 12:00, a long queue always there. Nice dim sum with a variety of different choices.
The food is very tasty, fresh and authentic. The staffs are lovely & love the environment and vibe too. It’s always a treat to visit when I’m back in Manchester. It’s easily one of the best Chinese restaurants here. Highly recommend!
You might miss out if you can’t speak or read Cantonese. Prior to coming, my bench mark for Yum cha was Jade City, in Manchester. While Xiao Long Bao were superior at Ocean Treasure, the variety of Dim Sum was easily matched, with no restrictions on ordering Cheeong Fun before 6 PM. The staff were
Friendly staffs, wonderful food, good price. The taste and quality of the foods are even better many in Hong Kong. That's why they are very busy.
We went to Ocean Treasure for my brother in laws 80th birthday. We had a booking for 12noon. Couldn't believe how busy it was...all tables were taken. We were looked after brilliantly, food came out piping hot, they guided us on how much to order...to avoid food waste. The birthday cake came out and
Ocean Treasure is a nice place to sit around a large table and eat great Chinese food, with an atmosphere to match. Prices were slightly above average but you get what you pay for, the quality is great.
