We went for a carvery and were not disappointed. Huge portion of food, good choice of veggies and it was delicious. Dietary requirements of some of our party were catered to with no fuss. And the lady behind the bar was very friendly and helpful - thank you :)
Would recommend.
Barlow Croft is a well placed, large and open spaced pub owned by the Green King company.
Very modern decor and tastefully laid out.
Predominantly an eating style pub serving a wide variety of pub style meals with a wide choice on the menu.
They do have a pool table, Sports are also shown on TV.

Booked ahead as we were going Sunday and know pub lunches are normally busier on Sundays. Welcomed by friendly staff, quick service on the bar, and great food choices! Large carvery plate is HUGE, so much food for just over a tenner! Will be back for carvery again!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, place was pretty full, good atmosphere and the staff pretty much run off their feet. Still a good service and the carvery food was excellent with very generous portions.

Menu seems to have been shrunk. Had a meal here on 21st December, but unfortunately the grill was not working so no burgers, steak, chicken etc, so it minimised choices quite a bit. Carvery was "spot on" as usual with choice of 3 meats, lots of different veg, and the carvery is self service which I
I ordered an all day breakfast yesterday. I got my food after about 5 minutes. Everything was super tasty especially well done bacon and runny eggs. Exactly how I like it. I was passing through but would love to come back
Always a lovely experience when I visit here. I’ve been with family, my fella and as a group of friends. Always accommodating us even when we don’t book. Food spot on & there’s also a massive wacky warehouse.
Visited here on a one night stay nearby and got to say the Carvery was fantastic. Huge portions, great quality meat, very good meal had here. Would come here again for sure
Nice friendly staff some more than others. Quick service mostly, at the bar. carvery can be hit and miss, we don't attend carvery after 3pm because I don't think it looks too nice. Theyve bin known to run out of Yorkshire not advise you at the bar, allownyou to pay for e extra but you have to wait u
We came had a beautiful roast dinner ordered drinks at the bar a young lady named dae very excellent customer service had a lovely smile.. General all staff are polite always ask how you are is food good lovely place to visit ❣️❣️
We had dinner here on two nights (Sunday and Monday). The first night we had a bacon and cheese burger with fries and a pint. The burger tasted like a 5 Guys burger (one of the best in my opinion). It was delicious. The fries were delicious. We didn't realise that the burger and pint came as a meal
