Cozy French patisserie. Pastries and dessert well done and well presented. You fill find French classics ( macarons, éclairs, pain au chocolate, etc) and quirky new creations. Well assorted selection of tea and infusions. They do fresh crêpes as well that I strongly recommend to try. It is the perfe
Top pastry cakes and i hope all best for the futures creation,,, excellente coffee milk or cappuccino , good grooming and service HACCP EXCELLENTE
Amazing place, for handmade cakes. Perfectly roasted single origin Guatamala coffee. Perfect coupling flavour coffee with cakes. Is a perfect way to start your day
Love coming to Patisserie Liberte, had lunch for the first time here and the soup was brilliant Always have the Opera cake and a latte macchiato which is always lovely
Good cake, but a place is a bit tired. I am the only customer on Sunday at 2pm. The orange juice was freshly squeezed but I estimate I got about 200ml topped with ice for £3.50. I chose orange and earl grey cake which was well worth the calories. The orange curd was lovely and the hints of earl grey
Nice cosy cafe with friendly staff and marvellous pastries.
A wonderful experience! I went here for my best friend's 11th birthday party and i had a really great time. There are so many delicious desserts and drinks. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Would love to go again sometime! :)

This is definitely the place that was missing in the Northern Quart
Finally found a good dessert place in England! Prices are decent too. Cakes not too dry, cream is not greasy. Everything tastes good, will be coming back
Something different from the Northern quarter cafes, it's a European styled cafe. The selection of cakes change and are baked onsite. They are not overly sweet. You order at the counter and then your order is taken to your table. I keep coming back to check out what's new.
Good place with lovely staff and tasty tarts. The apple tart is a must.
This is the nearest I've managed to find which can claim to be a French patisserie in greater Manchester... And it does a pretty good job too! We tried the Onizuka and the oreo cheesecake. The Onizuka had a good delicate sponge, milk chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze, all well put together. The
