Good tasty food at reasonable prices. Loads of dips with the popodoms. Service was quick and efficient although there were a few spills (other customers) Tandoori prawn starter very good, as was the lamb main. Sizzling platters look and smell great Nice open kitchen at the back where you can watch your meal being prepared

It must be now thirty years or so that I have been patronizing this establishment and it never ceases to impress. The food is sublime and that is the main attraction. The service is attentive and warm and friendly from the bosses down to the waiting staff. Iconic dining, as usual!!

Fantastic food and service. Definitely one of the best Asian food places I've been to. Tried quite a few different dishes and liked all of them. Service was also good, friendly staff.

My nephew decided to come here as he used to come as a young man over 30 years ago . A lot had changed in all those years. But he still found the service to be excellent. Great service. Wasn't crowded & found a nice table to sit on. Ordered our meal, which was lovey. Reasonable prices for what we ordered. Would recommend with very friendly service if you want a lovely friends service you certainly get it here! Nice food, too!

The restaurant was almost completely empty at 9:30pm so were unsure if we missed the dinner time “rush” or it wasn’t a popular place. However, we were pleasantly satisfied with the food we good. I mean it wasn’t the best, but it was decent enough that I probably would go there again if I was in the area and wanted a curry.

Visited 19/03/2022, good size enclosed waiting area (heated) as you go through first set of doors, seen to very quickly and for a Friday night and restaurant being busy only took 5minutes to be taken through next set of doors into the main dining area and seated for a table of 4. The service was attentive and food came at a decent pace considering how busy the establishment was. I would say that the mix grill sizzler was pricey in comparison to other places and don’t get as much as you would portion was , perhaps for the same price and for value offering a version for 2 people similar to what you would find as meat platters elsewhere. The friends stated that their lamb and vegetarian saag paneer dish was good and that the naan and rice were tasty. The menu is limited but the food is tasty so worth a visit if your in the Rusholme area and fancy a venue for the nostalgia of one of the ongoing originals of the infamous curry mile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food amazing, good price. Only thing that let it down was one sever that was stood watching me drink and eat to grab the glasses and plates soon as i put them down. I'm guessing this was due to restaurant being empty but made me feel verry uncomfortable being watched eating.

I've tried the majority of indo cuisine on curry Mile (rushholme) . Yet Shere Khan has me coming back every time . The food is the best out of the rest . The service and staff always provide a warm welcome. The restraunt is spacious and clean. If you want a authentic proper food then come hear .
