Visited here recently for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Loads of seating inside and out, staff really lovely and food was great. They even did a free drink for our 3yo.
Halloumi tacos were excellent, very tasty and a good size portion. Hubby enjoyed one of the large trays. Everything was great, reasonably priced and can’t wait to visit again and try something else!
One of the best BBQ joints in Manchester - super quick service via at-seat ordering. Tried a range of options, ribs a bit basic but the rest from tacos, pork belly and burgers was absolutely delicious and can't fault the price at the size of the meals which are great!
Will definitely be returning!

We like to keep things honest with you.. looking from the outside we were not sure what to expect.
However, we were so impressed with the food quality here! Pictures is chicken tacos & the brisket tacos + salt and pepper loaded fries.
Tip: don’t add loaded fries as a side, add them as a main for around 50p extra (fries dependent) & get a much bigger portion size 😉

Everything we ordered was presented magnificently. Portion sizes are hugh.
Although I didn't like the ordering via QR (too old for new tricks). The bar staff were very accommodating in taking my order at the till.
All the staff were really helpful & everyone had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we spoke to. We were sat next to the kitchen so, we were also able to compliment the great chefs.
I'd definitely recommend this restaurant & will be back.
Tremendous meal at Quarter House in Manchester tonight. Food was fantastic, all made in house, sauces were brilliant, meat was lovely. The big chicken tray and the prawns were mine, shared the nachos. Decent beer. Service was great, friendly and welcoming staff.
Nachos
Melted mixed cheese, BBQ salsa, sour cream, guacamole, mixed jalapeños, Vimto onions, and coriander.
Halloumi Dippers
Dusted with Nick The Greek herb rub. Served with a mango hot sauce, and a South of the Border sauce for dunking.
Butterfly King Prawns
Shotgun dust, red slaw, sriracha pickled carrot, and kimchi aioli.
Yard Bird Tray - Buffalo Chicken
Boneless fried chicken, dipped in Blindin' Buffalo sauce, Raspberry Chipotle hot sauce smoked chicken wings, slaw, BBQ sweetcorn, vimto onions, seasoned skin on fries.
Bacon Double D's
Two 4oz aged beef patties, American cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, smoked streaky bacon, iceberg, pickled cucumber, vimto onions, Bangin' Burger Sauce.
Great atmosphere, staff are really polite, friendly and welcoming. The bar maid today was excellent and even went the extra mile to offer water for the dog!
Drinks came pretty fast on the app, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Nachos were amazing, portion size was huge and the squid was delicious. Lots of great small options you can order if you dont want something heavy

Well worth a visit!
My partner found this place via Instagram so we thought we’d give it a try and it didn’t disappoint.
We went on a vey hot day and unlike everyone else there, we decided to sit inside out of the heat.
We sat in a corner between the kitchen and bar area so we got to enjoy the banter between the two areas, but sitting there, I got a sudden appreciation of how hard the staff in a busy Northern Quarter bar/eatery do work.
One person didn’t realise we were there though and used some, let’s say, choice words to raise morale with the team inside, but hey, no offence was taken, a little swear word here and there doesn’t harm!
Some great tunes were being played in the background as well, just loud enough to hear and not overpowering like it can be in some places.
All the staff were very cheerful, helpful and polite, a credit to the establishment!
The food was good, very good, but a bit too chilli forward for our personal taste, but at the end of the day, it’s sliced chilli, so
It can be removed to your own taste, which is what we did.
We had between us the bbq pulled brisket Mac and cheese, Korean chicken tacos, shawarma loaded fries and grilled corn with garlic butter. All very much recommended, the brisket was especially good.
Good beer and cocktails too, all easily ordered via the appointed app and delivered quite quickly and always with a smile.
Definitely give this place a go if you’re in the area, you’ll enjoy it!
The Korean chicken burger was absolutely amazing. Good beer, great food. Monday night, so it was never going to be buzzing, but definitely will return.
Good tasty food, plenty of seating inside and out.
