went here for a quick coffee before work, and can i just say all the city centre stores are just amazing- was served by a young girl fiza i believe her name was, made my drink very efficiently and with a smile! felt very appreciated. new coffee spot!

Gets very busy here and not a lot of space. Not a place to get quiet work done.
A cafe on the second floor with perfect sun, the only downside is that there are no toilets and no lift. But he is very suitable for basking in the sun and working. It is in the center of piccadilly garden. Every time I order a cup of toffee nut latte, I will continue to bask in the sun quietly.
always nothing but good customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about any drinks they will help you to find your desired drink. Diana especially always puts extra effort with every customer, always smiling and happy, she is a true diamond.
Accessible, but the doors seem to no longer be automated so they're harder to open from outside, and there's almost no seating downstairs anymore, thanks to COVID measures. Staff are friendly and helpful, condiments wheelchair-height, and the food and drinks well made.
Wow! Cisterns service from Ben was exemplary. As it's mainly upstairs seating we were presuming we would have to take out due to not being able to manage the stairs (myself with mobility issues and having a small child with a pram) There was a small seating area near the window that was cordoned off

The location is good - opposite a Costa and next to a Mcdonalds and Greggs so they have a fair bit if competition.
