Had a fantastic meal here, great value for money, excellent service, fully recommend 👍👍
Traditional pub food served here, the Fish and Chips possibly the best I've had in the UK,proper cask beers, friendly staff, highly recommended place to eat,or just having a pint or two. They're dog friendly!
This was my 2nd visit . We were satin the conservatory dining room which is a lovely room with good spacing in-between the tables so you still enjoy some level of privacy from other diners. There's nothing worse than being squashed up to other diners in a packed environment. Always look forward to g
Service was slow and didn't put in my food order right. And when I told them they said they could correct it but I'd have to pay. Other then that it's a nice pint and good atmosphere.
Fabulous staff so friendly and attentive, lovely atmosphere, and delicious food so very well presented as well. ( the home made chips are to die for yum!) Had a lovely evening here, 1st visit but will definitely be back. Gorgeous outdoor area as well, for the summer evenings. Thank you ❤️Look at th
Went with a friend for dinner. Food was delicious. I had the Sunday roast, plenty of beef, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes were perfect. Very reasonably priced. Presentation was spot on. Photo of sticky toffee pudding and custard.
Good food with a quick and friendly service. The food was however quite pricy and the pub itself felt quite cramped, although warm and welcoming.
Lovely pub in a nice location. My friend and I chose the lunch menu with 2 courses for £16. It was delicious roast beef and all the trimmings followed by cheesecake. Pleasant service as well. We will return.
It was a very busy night, so quite noisy. We were a large party on a long table so awkward for conversation. Food was good, but vegetarian options were limited. Staff were lovely though and service was quick enough.
After reading some mixed reviews it left me undecided but as we took the plunge. We had the special.. I had a cray fish Marie salad with the beef roast main.. My friend had the soup starter and beef main.... All the food was superb in fact I couldn't finish my main the portions were well sized and
Great food, but staff could do with being more atentive
We went on one of those very hot days we sat in the garden we ate really nice serloin steak salt n pepper chips. It's also children friendly all in all I would rate 10 out of 10. A happy place. Thank you.
Only payed for 3 deserts £19. Lovely presentation, great service, friendly staff . Only 3/4 full so plenty of choice to sit for a Saturday night.
Lovely venue and very attentive staff, we went mid week at lunch time for a special occasion. Meal was fantastic, didn't hear a single complaint and bar prices reasonable. Haven't been before but will go again
Lovely staff, nice food, customers friendly. Nice family atmosphere place, would recommend 👌.
