Can't fault the service received today. Unfortunately didn't catch his name but he went above and beyond; gave my 3 year old a cheeky bag of chocs which she very much appreciated having been in hospital overnight.
He wiped down the table before we sat down and was just generally a gentleman. The subs were delicious as well. Thank you so much!
Food as expected, staff are always friendly. I can usually get a table to eat on, as a lot of customers take away.
I eat here regularly but do get annoyed at the small flies around, not many, but still bloody annoying.
Not the best subway I've ever had, but I really don't blame the staff that much. Yes the customer service was severely lacking, yes..... there was a long line and a long waiting time, yes....they were out of the bread I wanted....wait a minute, where is this going??
I've visited this branch many times now, honestly....I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with some of the university students I've seen go in there. They act like entitled snobs, I fully understand why sometimes customer service starts to lack.
Overall, it's a regular subway that's been put under a heavy work load, my advice is be patient, use your manners and pay the correct amount, then go on with your day.
The salad was amazing from here today, the girl was generous with the toppings and made it properly. However they had no ciabiatta bites. Everyone else got subs or nachos and everyone enjoyed it. One of the better subways in city.
I have ordered subs and cookies from here. My family loves the freshly made subs and the cookies are amazing!! Friendly staff too
What can i say... WOW... JUST WOW... this store is literally the only thing that gets me through uni on a day to day basis. Other than a worker who puts WAYY too much sauce on my subs (chill out yeah?), everything is perfect and oh so much more. They don't even complain when you double refill at the drinks machine on your way out! Or when you hand your subway card to the person behind you! If heaven is any less than this subway then by Christ there is no god. Also shout out to chicken piziola xxx

Cleanliness was a big issue tables dirty flats around the food sides hadn't been wiped clean between customers need a health check

Quick, efficient, reasonable and tasty. Was nice to be able to eat in store so close to train station
Nice food. Offered gluten free bread which I didn't know they did. Could have done with more seats/tables
