Great staff, nice healthy food choices and portion sizes are good.
This place is so good. I mean legit one of the best healthy meals I have ever had, just a massive shame that the price is so steep for a small box of food or I would of give 5 stars. Otherwise I wouldn't fault this place!
This place is fantastic, it’s great to find a place where you can have a freshly cooked, tasty and nutritious quick lunch in the city centre. For the quality of the food it’s fantastic value at about £5 - £7 for a box depending on what protein you get (and the box is packed full). Staff are helpful and the menu has plenty of variety with daily specials to keep things interesting. If you haven’t been before, definitely give it a try you won’t be dissapointed.

Amazing food, great menu, all fresh ingredients and the staff are all great. I've been thinking where to get healthy food on the go and I've noticed nearly all of the take away fast food you get Is just rubbish, no vitamins or minerals what so ever and after working long hard days at uni or work you want to get something quick and easy, if you choose Fast food there's a likelihood it's going to be a cycle of putting rubbish through your body and feeling like Crap and so on.
Definitely going to frequent this place, I have a feeling they will be Big in five years!!!
I genuinely go to Bosu 5 times a week. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the food is always delicious. They are continuously coming up with new recipes, shakes and snacks that are healthy and nutritious but taste great. I would recommend Bosu to anyone, when I go at lunchtime people from my work often ask me to place an order, sometimes up to ten or more at a time!
Can't believe I have only just stumbled across this place. I had chicken, steak, sweet potato mash and all the veg. It was fresh, tasty and very filling, so filling I've been full for the last six hours. Definitely recommend!!!!

So recently this place has gone crazy with hench looking fitness freaks which kind of put me off but it's a lovely little place with healthy food, a bit like the style of Leon's in SoHo but not as much variety (some of those Leon curries would be awesome here). I think it's a little overrated (I mean, people drive here from miles away but seems more like a place to show off your muscles to other beefcakes) BUT still it's very good nutricious food and nice to have a take away option that's healthy and not another chicken shop. The prawns are done very nicely. There's a loyalty card system too.
