This place is fantastic, it’s great to find a place where you can have a freshly cooked, tasty and nutritious quick lunch in the city centre. For the quality of the food it’s fantastic value at about £5 - £7 for a box depending on what protein you get (and the box is packed full). Staff are helpful and the menu has plenty of variety with daily specials to keep things interesting. If you haven’t been before, definitely give it a try you won’t be dissapointed.

Food is superb however a bit pricey for the portion size you get. Also the drinks are outrageously priced. I understand you pay for quality however there are other food places similar that produce same quality for cheaper.

Can't believe I have only just stumbled across this place. I had chicken, steak, sweet potato mash and all the veg. It was fresh, tasty and very filling, so filling I've been full for the last six hours. Definitely recommend!!!!

This place is so good. I mean legit one of the best healthy meals I have ever had, just a massive shame that the price is so steep for a small box of food or I would of give 5 stars. Otherwise I wouldn't fault this place!

Prawns are nice. Protein waffle is nice too. I'll probably get sweet potato mash instead of bulgur wheat next time. But the food is nice and the atmosphere is chilled and welcoming...
