I got a coffee ☕ here earlier this week on Monday and the man who served me was so lovely. His presence was very calm and content and he took a lot of care over my coffee and food. It was very uplifting as I was having a bad day. Thank you lovely staff member at cafe Nero!! You cheered me up! Recomm
Went in for a quick frappe today after 7pm when waiting for my train and the lady that served me was the loveliest person I have ever met. Didn't get her name unfortunately, but I hope she gets praised for her amazing customer service. The frappe was also lovely :)
I was pleasantly surprised with the back of it as I always thought it was a very small café nero. Service was fast and coffee was always with the same quality! Will come back again for sure!
It was perfect for a short break after train travel. The staff that served me was very pleasant and supportive of my huge luggage. The coffee itself was delicious, with a taste that everyone could enjoy.
Always prompt, friendly and warm service... Food and coffee is what you should expect, although located within Piccadilly Station so no facilities. The place is open until 11pm so this is your best bet if you want a late night coffee and a tasty snack... The new lemon meringue tarts are awesome as w
For chain store standards the coffee was skilfully made and tasted good. I can confirm you can fit in here with a trolley and 3 suitcases which was ideal when waiting for a late train. Thank you
I’ve never written any reviews before, but with this one I really have to! I went to buy a coffee yesterday at around 2.30pm and the lady barista who made my coffee was the friendliest, warmest and sweetest ever! Definitely among the very best customer service I have experienced! Thank you for makin
Loved this place. The staff were really chirpy and it was a delight to be served by such a friendly bunch of people. A happy place to be. I go here because their hot chocolate drink made with soya milk is delicious, but most if all, out of all the other well known coffee shop brands, Nero's 'Almo
Great place for a coffee and a cake
Lovely staff, tasty coffee and quick service. Everything as it should be. Thanks
Came here cold and hungry on Saturday morning. The staffs are very friendly and warm. You made my day:) Got great cafe and relaxing atmosphere here.
Visited after arriving into Manchester Piccadilly station. It is just outside the station and very handy. The member of staff was very friendly and the hot chocolate was delicious.
Nice and friendly staff and good place to chill while waiting your train. I’d recommend warm chocolate with cream. We paid 6£ for 2 warm drinks.
