Very nice cafe nero located on Deansgate close to Saint Anne's square.tge staff member who served was excellent and made a very good americano.the shop was very clean and and has outdoor seating.easy access for wheelchair users.close to shops and the free shuttle bus stops close by to get to other parts of the city centre.
It's a quiet place so anyone can take his/her work and sit there accompanied by a cup of coffee or a delicious 🤤 hot chocolate with cream .. even if you want to relax the atmosphere will helps you... the staff are friendly and everything was perfect 👌🏾 as we spent about 3 hours chatting 🤭..
Just one disadvantage which is the WiFi, there wasn't WiFi network when we were there.
This branch is my own local Cafe Nero in Manchester, though I am customer of the CN throughout the nation. The staff are efficient and friendly and I don't want to be anywhere else at the end of working day. The same testimony to the branch up the street on Oxford St. Well done Cafe Nero.
It's a nice little place on deansgate not very spacious especially on busy days/times. Coffee is great at times and at times it could do better.
It has an Italian feel to it in the sense that each time I've been there the people serving have been Italians/Sicilians and customers queing up having been their natives so all the conversations are carried out in their native language at times one forgets if their in a small family cafe or a cafe on a very busy main Street in Manchester 😂
This is a nice coffee shop that is conveniently located on the busy Deansgate. It was a visit without staying in but in my time there I saw a decent selection of food available and the staff were friendly. My only let down was they forgot to give me the discount for bringing my own cup so perhaps the staff could be more attentive.
Very good customer service. Every time feel very welcomed by staff. quick and definitely best quality coffee. they know what they doing for sure. well done Jules, Saron and the rest of staff. 👍
This is a great coffee chain that I always look out for. This shop is in a great location and the coffee and food are great.
Get yourself a slice of the chocolate fudge cake if you go here it's delicious.

I never liked Cafe Nero and today was a first time I had coffee there in years... and it was great! Coffe was nice and smooth, staf very friendly and place was clean.
Shock, horror, woe and lackaday - the espresso machine is dead and they don't know when it will be repaired. I blame Trump and Brexit.
My morning routine is totally up the swanee. But, well done Caffe Nero, Americano is available and it's free! And the Americano is better than most Americanos usually are so I still get a good caffeine hit. I haven't got the nerve to ask for a stamp on my loyalty card though.
It's great entertainment watching the faces of regular customers coming in on coffee-seeking autopilot, picking up breakfast and then being told the machine is dead - bewilderment followed by relief that an Americano is available and then a smile that it's free. Perhaps they should have a day a week when they turn the machine off anyway.
Everytime I come here the staff are always amazing and give the best customers service I have ever received in any coffee shop across Manchester I came in today to be greeted warmly and sincerely by 2 staff members I think were Alex and Liv who served me a lovely coffee which always taste supreme ❤👍
