It's a quiet place so anyone can take his/her work and sit there accompanied by a cup of coffee or a delicious 🤤 hot chocolate with cream .. even if you want to relax the atmosphere will helps you... the staff are friendly and everything was perfect 👌🏾 as we spent about 3 hours chatting 🤭.. Just one
This branch is my own local Cafe Nero in Manchester, though I am customer of the CN throughout the nation. The staff are efficient and friendly and I don't want to be anywhere else at the end of working day. The same testimony to the branch up the street on Oxford St. Well done Cafe Nero.
It's a nice little place on deansgate not very spacious especially on busy days/times. Coffee is great at times and at times it could do better. It has an Italian feel to it in the sense that each time I've been there the people serving have been Italians/Sicilians and customers queing up having be
This is a nice coffee shop that is conveniently located on the busy Deansgate. It was a visit without staying in but in my time there I saw a decent selection of food available and the staff were friendly. My only let down was they forgot to give me the discount for bringing my own cup so perhaps th
Very good customer service. Every time feel very welcomed by staff. quick and definitely best quality coffee. they know what they doing for sure. well done Jules, Saron and the rest of staff. 👍
This is a great coffee chain that I always look out for. This shop is in a great location and the coffee and food are great. Get yourself a slice of the chocolate fudge cake if you go here it's delicious.
I never liked Cafe Nero and today was a first time I had coffee there in years... and it was great! Coffe was nice and smooth, staf very friendly and place was clean.
Shock, horror, woe and lackaday - the espresso machine is dead and they don't know when it will be repaired. I blame Trump and Brexit. My morning routine is totally up the swanee. But, well done Caffe Nero, Americano is available and it's free! And the Americano is better than most Americanos usual
Everytime I come here the staff are always amazing and give the best customers service I have ever received in any coffee shop across Manchester I came in today to be greeted warmly and sincerely by 2 staff members I think were Alex and Liv who served me a lovely coffee which always taste supreme ❤👍
Good range of coffee drinks and also sells tea (only one kind). Good variety of cakes and snacks. Prices are reasonable. There is also a loyalty card.
This like a lot of Nero sites are starting to look a little tired, I've seen similar in any business with tight budgets and staffing, cleaning and attention to detail is the first to go! Products and service good all the same
My favourite of the chain. I mostly start my day with a visit to this one. The team, Jules, Andrea and others are absolutely lovely and always helpful. Thank you guys xx
Typical Nero. Get what you expect and pay for. Well located for the convention centre and the deansgate area. Service was quick and there was space for a seat if wanted.
Manchester branch, near Waterstone's...... . BEWARE.....rear entrance door doesn't close properly - a smidge drafty on a winter's day. Better coffee though than the other coffee house chains.
