The Woodstock Arms - Manchester - Photo album

EDIT. Been invited back after our last meal. They completely turned the table. Really loved it this time. Food was great, all of us massively enjoyed it. The service was spot on. Thank you for having us back and definitely see you again. See new pics (the one after the pumpkin) to understand. My sta
Fantastic pub, really big and bright space with a great drinks selection and always really friendly service. There’s also a massive part covered beer garden for sunny days. The food is amazing, love both the salads on the menu and the Sunday lunch and burgers are great too!! The bread boule used to
Been here a few times, most notably on the afternoon I retired on a sunny late summer day. Martin Meerkat says he has cold feet! (OK..it is the lads local in the TV series Cold Feet.) Had a pint of Stiff Upper Lip Pale Ale from By the Horns brewery, Surrey. Lovely 3.8%. Martin had Peroni. Lovely air
Ordered pizzas that were supposed to have asparagus on them, but weren't told they'd run out of asparagus. We'd not have ordered them if we'd known beforehand. Complained to the waitress, who didn't seem to think the lack of a crucial ingredient should be a problem for us; upon our insistence she sp
Saved our engagement party, after being cancelled by another venue we luckily struck gold in finding this venue. Great space, lovely staff and can’t recommend them enough thanks for having us!
Early lunch on Saturday so understandably quiet. Service at both table and bar was excellent. Food arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described. Accompanied by my sister who has Altzheimers and had a lovely relaxing lunch with no hassle. Will return.
Only popped in for a quick pint but nice atmosphere. Nice traditional pub. Didn't try food but it looked great. Will definitely go again.
We made a last minute booking for the upstairs area for 30+ people due to July monsoons ruining our plans to have a picnic in the park. The staff were extremely helpful, food was great and the pub was so child friendly - it was perfect. Thank you!
The day we visited was busy, I think there was a private function upstairs but we were seated quickly at our reserved table and orders were taken and food and drinks were served promptly. Nice atmosphere, we all enjoyed ourselves.
Food was nice, service was good. I’m giving 4stars because they had run out of most of the menu so could only order pizza (7:00pm). The portion of chips was ridiculously small!
We were the first here yesterday. Food was excellent, inside was great and service is very good. Was so good, the missus wants a return trip.
Great pub, very spacious and dog friendly. Water top up at the bar. Lots of choice for Sunday roast Inc a platter to share. Kids portions were a bit too big but great value and quality. Could offer a smaller size for younger kids. Carrots needed to be cooked longer.
A lovely brunch with super friendly, fun service. Very tasty food and limitless drink.
