Was passing through Manchester and opted to have a meal here. Staff appeared calm, even one was rude in her presentation. Enough seat around and not too crowded. Meal served on time. Waiting time not too much. There's a free parking for 3hrs, take note you don't overstay your welcome.

Very poor customer service, after 30 minutes waiting for a table service, I had to go to the till and order everything again because I didn't have a receipt due to the printer fault. The person which finally been serving me (Shift manager by the way) didn't even say SORRY. Disappointed
Prompt service, clean and tidy , service on the till staff didn't smile no real customer care. But lady who was tidying the tables very nice lady took time to chat to customers , and myself even though I didn't stay just popped in for a coffee
Service is slow when your in side they seem to focus on delivery staff and Drive thru customers. Its McDonald's so the food the same as always.

Good place with drive through, parking available. Can take a bit of time but not longer than 10 minutes as they get lots of delivery orders.

Used the drive through. Staff friendly enough. Milkshake and icecream always off in hot weather though but that is standard for most McDonalds.
