I was craving for a festive season coffee and decided to go to McDonald for caramel waffle latte. Taste was brilliant but it wasn't as hot as I was expecting. I went inside to see the ambience and surprised to see so much Christmas decorations. To me it looked amazing. Take your kids or young ones to this place, I am sure they would love it. Sharing some pics.
Called in to the Drive-Thru and expected the usual, sullen, apathetic service when ordering, paying and collecting. Instead, at approximately 9.46am the 10th of April 2024, both order and delivery team members greeted me with a smile, took my money, delivered and asked me if i needed anything further with my order (sauces, milk, sugar etc) and finished with a genuine, "have a nice day"!
That was the best McDonald's service I can recall. I hope this reaches the team members mentioned. Well done to them!
Was passing through Manchester and opted to have a meal here. Staff appeared calm, even one was rude in her presentation. Enough seat around and not too crowded. Meal served on time. Waiting time not too much. There's a free parking for 3hrs, take note you don't overstay your welcome.
Well pretty moderate as it is McDonald need something quick and cheap best bet is here

Very poor customer service, after 30 minutes waiting for a table service, I had to go to the till and order everything again because I didn't have a receipt due to the printer fault. The person which finally been serving me (Shift manager by the way) didn't even say SORRY. Disappointed
It's a bit slow for fast food tbh. I waited a while. It's OK, but maccies is totally never worth the long drawn out wait....
Good place with drive through, parking available. Can take a bit of time but not longer than 10 minutes as they get lots of delivery orders.
I don’t often write reviews for fast food places, cos what’s the point, seen one seen all.
But I have to give one today, because I think I’ve just had the best McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten.
The service was extremely fast, considering they were so busy.
The food was tasty, and FRESH. No soggy fries, lovely and crispy and tasty! And the burgers actually had a decent amount of sauce on them; you go to some and there’s barely a smear of sauce on them.
Fantastic stuff! Good job from all the staff, even the ever attentive floor person.
We’ll be back!
