Now that they have changed it to accommodate the delivery driver's, it is a lot worse. The delivery driver's park in the disability parking bays and don't want to move their vehicle unless you go in and complain to the management 🙄

We have given up on our local branch of McDonald's. So, we've travelled some distance to Harpurhey. This being our second visit through the drive through. What can I say? Absolutely, perfect! The burger was perfectly cooked, unlike our local branch. The order was correct, unlike our local branch. The fries were hot, salted, unlike our local branch. The service, waa quick, staff polite. Perhaps? Harpurhey McDonald's coyld teach/train Sandbrook Park in Rochdale, in the art of making the perfect burger, with a touch of service etiquette and attention to detail. We'll definitely be back! Worth the drive. Keep it up!

The only thing I would say is that the food was great, but the online system of ordering in store creates a none communication atmosphere, the only comments made to me by the 2 staff were, number 245 and enjoy.

One staff member was aware I had just laid my daughter to rest and was emotional he got me my meal staff discount was a saint

McDonald's Harpurhey is really small compared to how it was a year or so ago, I think this was mainly due to the number of disruptive kids causing problems and the way they treated the staff. Food is still the same as ever. There are toilets here, but sometimes the staff don't have time to clean them, went in once, and not only were they an absolute mess, but they stunk so much it made me walk out. Staff are friendly enough though.

We had a very good experience today, we were attendance by Toyin who was very kind and attentive, she clean up our table as was left very dirty by the previous customers, and she provide us with everything we need sugar sauces etc, I write the good review for her because she gave us good attention
