Bit hit-and-miss really. Fantastic delivery times (we did home delivery), got the order right but some of the food wasn't edible. Btw, the Uber app is pretty awesome - you can see the delivery driver actually turning into your street on the map!
We ordered a veg pizza, a steak chicken mix and large fish and chips.
The pizza and fish and chips were perfectly cooked, hot and flavourful. But the steak chicken mix was pretty awful, largely because the steak was unbelievably chewy, so much so that we had to bin the steak pieces.
I would order again, but probably give the steak a miss and try the chicken steak instead.
Recommended but don't get anything with beef steak unless you have razor sharp teeth and a jaw that can chew lots.
First of all I checked all the reviews they were not that good..so I decided to check uncle b's fish and chips ordered food ..it was freshly made and nice maybe staff or their services has got better ..mine had a nice experience so hope so if you guys try will be good this time
The food was very delicious and the quality of chicken steak was very good. All of the staff is very polite.

Ps. Bring your own ketchup as their 🍅 ketchup sucks (hence the decrease in 1 star)

To be perfectly honest with you this place was recommended to me, my initial thoughts were a takeaway that serves everything cant serve good old fashioned fish and chips can they? How wrong was I? They serve one of the best fish which is very lightly battered and is a very good portion size. Very tasty and moist. The chips on the other hand was not something I would ever crave but went well with the fish. There is plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. The fish is made to order so dont forget to ring in advance or you may just find yourself waiting 10-15 mins whiles their throw a fresh one in the fryer for you.
Great takeaway, one of my favourites. Portion sizes are incredible, food is delicious and every order has been fantastic. I've ordered multiple times now and recommended to friends, never had any issues at all.
Best fish n chips in Rusholme and Moss Side. Battered sausage and gravy is the dogs.
