Upon reading more recent reviews, I was worried that this branch had gone downhill and delivering was becoming an issue for them. The arrival time for our order had lapsed and was 20mins late. However, it seemed that their online tracker wasn't updating the status of the order. I did call several times, and finally, they picked up and said it was on the way. Within 5 minutes, it was delivered. The pizzas were very nicely made and felt fresh.
Ordered a pizza deal using the delivery service.
Price was ok and pizza was delivered on time and the food was hot and tasty, the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.
Just dropped a star because there could have been more toppings on the pizza, not so much crust.
I would recommend based on my experience tonight and from previous experiences with Pizza Hut.
Ordered from the Sale branch tonight using their online ordering system. Delivered to Altrincham within 30 minutes of ordering. Excellent delivery driver who was friendly and efficient. (he was wearing a mask and gloves) Food was hot on arrival. Sides were delicious. Pizza was average but nice.
My only complaint was there was mushrooms on my pizza instead of Jalapeño.
Extra care needed in store when making the pizzas... luckily I wasn't allergic to mushrooms! Overall a good experience.
50% off with Meerkat was a bonus too. 7/10.
