One certain staff member is absolutely fabulous. The toilet was really dirty but when the staff heard, they went to clean it for us straight away.
A brunette young curly hair individual went above and beyond to clean the toilet and their attitude was so understanding and kind.
I am so thankful and the drinks we had were great. My drink had a light whip and she made it straight away when there wasn't any left.
She also went straight back to making drinks after extensively cleaning the toilet for us, coming out to clean the tables and even noticed a table was a bit wobbly so she tried to fix it.
This type of young and hardworking staff is so hard to find these days and any employer would be lucky to have her on their team.
I really hope she gets promoted.

Only gave 4 star as I only had a drink last visit,last food I had (cheese and hog roast toastie) I'd have given 5 star+ rating and I will most definitely be having it again.

Clean establishment, courteous polite staff. I can honestly say that I was able to enjoy a big cup of java and get a lot of paperwork done. Quickly becoming one of my fav Costa Coffeehouses

Ordered a couple of times, majority of them the drinks have been ready for me in the time it has said to collect, once I've still had to wait as if I had just walked in. (Does say between 5-8 minutes to go then should be done), but claimed to have been really busy. (Not even acknowledged the order till I arrived). So it meant I had to wait 20 minutes (longest for Costa). Good place for coffee and a wide selection of milks for dietary, good selection of cakes and food, but will need to speak to staff about allergy.

A nice place to chill out and relax in. I went in the morning and service was very quick and efficient. The establishment was clean and tables were clear. The cappuccino and shortbread was first class.

Nice place to sit and work for bit whilst having a drink. Staff were friendly and polite, didn't feel any pressure to leave before I was ready. Would definitely visit again 👍🏼

Busy Costa coffee shop. Not many tables but nice atmosphere in store. Counter staff friendly and fairly quick. Loads of parking in the retail park.
