Update: A training representative reached out to offer apologies and a gift card for the next visit. Her outreach was prompt and we appreciate her great customer service. We love Five Guys. The Manchester staff is always upbeat, fun, and clearly have a good camaraderie. Today I ordered a burger for my husband, Frieda and Little Cheeseburger with no bun for myself. My husband’s burger and the fries were perfect. I, however, got home to a bowl of just grilled onions and mushrooms, no cheeseburger patty. The ketchup and mustard were carefully packaged separately which I can appreciate having not ordered a bun. I understand mistakes happen. When I called to let them know, the staff member did not offer to put a manager on the phone but did state she “would let him know.” I did not have time to return for them to fix the order but guess I will have to check before leaving next time.

We come here every few weeks. The staff is usually friendly, and they always get my order correct. Five guys while pricy is a great burger chain. I love how large their fries portion is, also you can get the Cajun seasoning on the side for those of you who (like me) have people who don’t like spicy, but you do.

Stopped for a late lunch. Food was great but could do without the crew trying to perform as a comedy troupe. Noticed their activities were making a couple of other waiting customers feel uncomfortable. Good food.

Would give 6 stars if I could. I asked for extra extra extra pickles and they loaded up my burger with so many pickles I couldn’t fit it all in my mouth and then gave me a whole damn tray of pickles to boot. Could not be happier. Plus best burgers ever 27/10.

Ordered lunch online. Arrived and waited less than 5 minutes to pick up. I had ordered shakes with my meal. They made them when I arrived, which I appreciated. Order was perfect!

I love Five Guys, much better than the other fast food burgers. A little more expensive but worth every penny. Also cooked after you order. Takes a little longer but you can order ahead online.
