Applebee's

3.5 stars food was small portions for the price, husband had Bourdun street steak n shrimp, finished his plate and was still hungry.. had to order dessert -Triple chocolate lavecake w ice cream, sooo delucious I had 1/2rack ribs but were bone dry meaning no meat on the bones, still tasted good but little disappointed

I was a little disappointed. The food was fine but the waitress was a bit pushy. She kept saying that there were only two of them there. She kept coming back to find out if I was finished eating. They were not busy and she kept telling us they were. I get how short staffed is and how it works. But as I said, it wasn't really busy at all. She was still ripped as normal but I don't think I'll be going anymore.

I have been working in the customer service industry since I was 16 and I seldom complain. I am always polite and vastly over tip. I am writing this review because we didn't even recieve service, just a snotty rude blonde who I assume was the manager with how quickly she dismissed me and my friend. We stopped in to get a quick bite after working all day at around 930pm. Just in time to grab a couple happy hour apps and be on our way. My friend had his service dog with him. A dog that is legitimately registered and was wearing a vest. He's a puppy so he's still in training. He barked once and settled right down while we waited to even be greeted by someone. Our greeting was anything but welcoming or even remotely polite. This horrible woman marched up, said you can't have the dog in here, and turned tail without a backward glance. She couldn't even be bothered to ask if he was a service animal even though he was clearly wearing his vest. She couldn't even be bothered to offer us takeout. It was without a doubt the rudest experience I have had in any restaurant. In all my years of waiting tables I would have never treated a customer the way she treated us. If you have a service animal be warned. This establishment is less than welcoming. I won't ever be going back.
