Dunkin'

Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants, wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have a physical disability and this isn't always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn't know refunds and had to call a manager, who didn't help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever. So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction history it had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name) who proceeded to get angry with me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they "don't have the technology" to go phone refunds (again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn't ask for it.) Then she tells me that "Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?!" Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOW WONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tell me in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I am beyond upset and will be following up accordingly.

I LOVE THE STAFF AT THIS DUNKINS!! VALERIE, JEN, DOLORACE !! TODAY IS CHRISTMAS EVE! I added a photo of jen, a employed barisista at this location! They always dress up every Holiday!!! I LOOOOOVEEEE IIITTT!!!!! I have been a everyday customer for years!! Having a upbeat positive atmosphere to get your morning coffee from IS IMPORTANT and this little place HAS SO MUCH CHARACTER!! I LOOOVE THIS DUNKINS!!! THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!

It’s a Dunkin’s inside a gas station so what did I expect? That shouldn’t matter, but unfortunately it does. Drink was made incorrectly and the sandwich was not cooked. I wasted a free beverage reward here. I’ve had the same exact drink many times before so I know it was made wrong. Just not enough mocha swirl or milk.
