Burger King

Took 5 minutes to be greated and waited on. The young girl was on her cell phone multiple times while trying to take my order. 4 other guests food came out before my simply whopper and frys. This branch is under poor management. There were 8 employees so plenty of staff however no one seed to know what their job was. I do not recommend wasting your time at this location.

Please send corporate to this location. Sodas flat most days they get upset if you ask to replace it. Foods burnt and sloppy! They don’t know English or Spanish, rude service. NO Receipts ever so no proof of order. Your better off going to south willow we’re you get great service and exactly what you need along with a receipt.

strike 2 of BK Fails tonight.... this location essentially stopped taking orders for at least 30 mins when only the drive thru was open. Cars were hopping the curb to jump out of line. Epic fail. We could see an employee inside on her phone staring at the line and very animated... she had plenty of time to tell people the inside was closed and the drive thru was only option. But didn't seem to be making much food or taking orders.

I love rodeo burgers, the food at burger is good and cheap, exspeciallly now that they revamped thier nuggets, (which js why you get less for 1.50 then before). This burger king is struggling with keeping employees, opens late, and closes early. Ever since this lady has been there they are open pass 10pm. Tonight i got a bunch of food. No cap, my burger tasted and smelt like rubbing alcohol, i ignored it and ate half until i couldnt stand the smell, afterwards my lips were burning like rubbing alcohol and i dont feel good. Im more concerned then anything.

I would actually want the owner to get in contact with me.. like One customer had mold in their burger and I had a hair in my onion rings. What the heck kind of place is this with safety code violations? That is disgusting I will never come back they are also rude behind counter they first got my onion rings wrong amd gave me fries then my onion rings had hair in it.. never again.

Think I was the second car in line in the Drive-Thru for some reason Burger King isn't as popular as say McDonald's or Wendy's I find this to be they're not as crowded inside or outside which means you can order quicker and good mom with your business quicker I had the old standby Whopper home of the Whopper pretty good stuff don't have it everyday but when I do French fry & a soda pop.
