Visited 24/12/2021 - displays were not clear as to what was suitable for vegetarians, went to counter and encountered a bald man in background who rudely dismissed me trying to enquire (seemed to be the manager on duty) and kept pointing to the self service monitors, customer service here was non existent and how this person works in a service led industry is beyond me, for him alone this would be a 1 star (zero isn’t possible) HOWEVER a lady and her colleague noticed my enquiring position and as she approached the rude manager tried to send her for a break, luckily the lady stayed to resolve my query amazingly well with support from the other colleague she was with, ended up ordering two vegan supreme meals (amazing!) and two portions of the baby sized hash browns, being a fan of McDonald’s hash browns I was sceptical these would come anywhere close, they were brilliant and wish burger kings were more accessible than McDonald’s. For the reasons above and the two exceptional front line staff members who saved the experience with their exceptional customer service rating the visit 4 out of 5 stars (the star lost due to the absolutely poor duty manager) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shocking service, wanted to pay cash at the "cash" till, only to be told "no mate, you have to use the machine", ended up using our card at the machine, 5 x minutes later, a lady was being served at the "cash" till by a young lady, so obviously the lad couldn't be bothered!!!, not the best food either, chips needed a few more minutes in the deep fryer and the chicken wrap wasn't pleasant. Bins were overflowing and lots of good on the floor! Come on #burgerking you can do better than this surely?? Manchester Airport terminal 1 very poor

Only drinks available - Coke, Diet Coke, no ice in the machine either, one drinks machine not working at all. Fries were cold, burgers were cold, no time markings on the burger wrap. Staff member scratching his head, scratching his back, rubbing his face. Then went and started to make burgers.
Cold food is unacceptable when I spent £20.27.
Staff not following basic food hygiene procedures is unacceptable and dangerous.

Expensive, limited menu, extremely slow service (even when it was quite quiet), and the drinks machines did not work. Not great, but entirely fitting of Manchester Airport which is frankly terrible. Oh, and saw a rat scuttle under a door in the food court...

Worst burger king I have ever visited, I usually prefer BK to MacDs but this one lets the side down. Flies arround the bins, I always thought it was would you like fries with that not flies,. Dry meat and sad salad. What a shame BK. I have been to another BK since which has restored my faith

Very dirty self service screens, tables and self service drinks machine. Had to eat in a other area of the airport as no member of staff would come to clear away any of the previous customers mess. The airport was very quiet too so there can be no excuse that staff were too busy to do these basic things. It all makes a mockery of the Covid 'safe and secure' signs and PA announcements you are surrounded by within the airport.
