Ordered online and paid ahead. My Husband went to pick it up and was told the order wasn't there. I called to give them the confirmation number and was told my husband never said the order was under my name, which was a lie. The manager finally gives my husband his food after 20 minutes of waiting because the order clearly was never even prepared and didn't even offer an apology. You are better off visiting a nice local diner with good customer service 🤷♀️

Lousy service. Took 45 min. To get tea and juice. Well over an hour for food.
It was so cold in the building everyone kept their hats and coats on. Customers left and waitresses were trying to give their food away. Be a long time before we return.

Love the place and food but the waitress is always by herself upfront receiving customers, taking orders, doing cashier, serving tables and cleaning as well all by herself. There's also a problem with the sewer in the bathrooms. It smells REALLY bad. Other than that it's a good place. STAY AWAY FROM THE RESTROOMS IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE!!!

Tense. A waitress could be heard arguing with the manager for tables even though she was sitting directly across from us since we got there. If not for the manager, we would have been waiting a long time like the elderly woman behind us who, when asked if she's been seen yet, stated, "No I've been sitting here like a dummy." Manager was very polite and took care of both tables. No complaints with the manager's service. Food came out as ordered.

Service was horrible.. I saw my waitress once... when we got seated ...had to go to front desk to get check... waited almost 15 min... nowhere to be found...too bad because the food was good..

Good food. The wait was a while. I think they forgot about my family because we waited 45 minutes when the told us 15 minutes. Another family was seated before us that came in after we did. But, overall it was good.
