Love the refurb!! Great place to catch up with friends over breakfast and tea, lovely atmosphere. Their Earl Grey is some of the best I've had ❤️☕ The avocado, poached egg & smoked salmon toast was delicious. I loved the addition of sesame seeds and pomegranate & they give a generous amount of smoked salmon too 😋

MASSIVE pieces of cake. Nice coffee. Staff were really friendly. However, I've deducted one star because the toilet was in a bit of a sorry state and had no handwash. Luckily in this day and age I carry handsanitiser. Would recommend this place, but try not to use the bathroom. EDIT: Came here again a few months after the first review. Came here with my sister, her partner and their newborn. Staff were really friendly and warmed up some water so that we could make a bottle. Can report that the toilets were in a better state this time.

Lovely little cafe, with a nice choice of brunch items. Would like to see French toast on the menu - but when wouldn't I! Prompt and polite service. Pancakes were delicious - would like my bacon crisper, but wasn't a big enough issue to mention at the time. Tater tots with baconnaise - ooooeeeee yummers! Be interesting to know if anyone actually reads my reviews, haha. Otherwise I'm basically Journaling.

Perfect vibe. Perfect staff. And the cake... Simply, perfect. You've got to try the Dirty Fries, that sauce will go perfect before any beer or sweet treat afterwards. I was fortunate enough to have the Jammie Dodger Cake[desserts are rotated out of availability, depending on the week], it was exactly everything you want it to be... I should of paired it with a bitter espresso to contrast the sweet sweet cake. ...i guess I'll have to go again.
