Great Wall

My review since I moved to Manchester in 2011 was blank with 5 stars because this place was awesome. Don't know if there is a new owner or what but there is a serious issue here now. My order today has black hair about 6" long in the fried rice.. and I'm talking about several long black hairs. Seriously guys, get your $hit together.

I've been eating here for over 10 years and I just ordered my regular but I accidentally said orange chicken instead of the regular chicken so I called back to correct my mistake and the manager is yelling at me saying I'm wasteful and don't care and it's my fault and I'm like what I'm just trying to fix what I said so im not getting over charged. Got hung up on and cussed at very verbally abusive Don't Go Here definitely needs to learn southern manners and God is my witness

Visited at 5pm on a weekday and ordered Happy Family dinner & 2 pork eggrolls =$16. Not impressed. (Pork?)eggrolls? Really? I didn't see any pork. Fried to order, yet still very doughy. I could tell you don't make them in house...so, u should buy better quality. Adjust your pricing, if needed, and serve a better pork eggroll. Happy Family? The shrimp in the entree sauce (breaded?)? Talk about cross utilization.... that's a first I've ever seen. And what's up with crawfish in my entree? I've never seen crawfish tails in Happy Family!!This is supposed to be shrimp in here!!! And a couple shrimp was all I got, literally..... But, they're breaded.... You got me this time..... crawfish tails!!!... nice cheap substitute. Good job on creating low value and selling poor quality while charging premium price. Just so u know, I'll post a pic below of how shrimp are supposed to be prepared in a real Happy Family dish. True story, people. I'm not making this stuff up. I know the difference.

We got general tso's, lo mein, sesame chicken, fried rice, chicken on a stick and Chinese donuts Nothing had very much flavor at all, some wasn't cooked all the way and some was overcooked. The only thing that kinda impressed me was the free item you get when you spend a certain amount. But I would much rather have had the flavor.
