Exceptional service and outstanding quality. They are almost always short-staffed, but every worker that shows up is eager to please every customer. Pete is the cornerstone of the restaurant, so if you see a red pick-up out front, you be sure you'll leave happy!

Stopped in on Tu evening(01/18). Over 30 minutes in drive thru, dining room was closed. Ordered a no. 1, single with cheese only. When I got home, the food was cold, no heat at all. The hamburger was old and dry, the cheese didn't even melt. There was no heat to the french fries.
I'm done, no more of my business. This isn't the first issue I've had with them, but this is my last.

Every time I eat there the food is always old! And very slow. Especially at night time.

Grabbed a quick dinner, couldn’t see most of the menu, lights needed replaced in the drive thru. Ordered a vanilla frosty, got a chocolate instead, hamburger was old and dry. French fries could have been filled a little more and made fresher. Customer service was good and fast.

After a few years I think it's safe to say this is the absolute slowest fast food restaurant that ever existed. The McDonald's across the street often has double the line and moves way faster.

We are usually quick to give negative feedback, so I wanted to give great feedback when it is due. I had lunch today at my local Wendy’s today. Everything about the meal was tremendous. Outstanding.

I ordered a “Four for four” Jr. bacon cheeseburger meal. I had to wait ten minutes just to move one car length to the speaker. The speaker is grossly distorted making it hard to order. Others left the line behind me because of the wait. I had another wait for someone to take my payment. The parking lot is dirty. However, the employees were nice and the food was tasty.
