Decent but overpriced food. Same quality or better pizzas down the street for less. We have had a few issues with takeout orders here. One time, they forgot the basil on a “tomato, butter, basil” pizza... A funny error that was easily corrected after coming back and waiting in line again. Another time, I came to pick up my phone order only to find out that they were out of an ingredient. Instead of calling me back and telling me that was the case so I could change my order, they did nothing and I found out at the register with only the exact cash in hand for the order I placed. I asked if they could change the order to whatever was most similar and they asked me for the $2 difference in items. I would have had to run home to grab that and told them they can cover the $2 for their error or cancel the order. They opted to cover the $2 but I really shouldn’t have had to even ask.

Wow!! All I can say is if you go here, and you should, get the calzone. They are amazing, almost life changing. I didn't realize how much I missed a good calzone until I had one at Frank's that is as close to perfection as human hands can make. Now I just need them to open another location...in my kitchen...or at least next door to my house!

Eating in: Probably just came at a bad time. But the older waitress was very pushy, they were out of Rubens, probably should of said something when I (or anyone) came in. She was also very frustrated when dealing with customers. Waited a very long time for my food, what felt like 30min or longer. Just for a grinder and some fries. Fries were very soggy, should've gotten the chips, but the grinder was alright. I'm probably not coming back.
