Good location. We stayed at Premier Inn, came here for morning coffee. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Some cakes and pastries are also available. There are a few outdoor seating too. The flat white was not too bad!!! :)
I love the atmosphere of this place, especially upstairs were you can just relax and take your time with your food. There's even a really nice outdoor area upstairs. They have a lot of fun pieces of decor.
There are vegetarian, and vegan options. But being a vegetarian with a soya allergy I have to take a bit of extra care to check. Since there's a fair bit of vegan food. The snacks and cakes are a little bit more expensive than other coffee shops I visit, but the food I have had as been delicious.
The staff are really nice, and happy to help though.
Despite being a busy Sunday, the staff were really nice and friendly when we arrived here after failing at various other venues to get brunch. The strawberries and cream waffle was delicious and coffee was great too.
Great place to grab a coffee in Manchester and really conveniently located. There is ample seating upstairs with plugs too so you can also sit and do some work. The service is great - quick and friendly and the drink that I got was good! Would definitely come back

Very tasty coffee. I found this place just by chance. I tasted the robusta revival grounds which was absolute fantastic. Gonna come back!. The only issue is that the run out of pastries and cookies early in the afternoon. That can't happen!
Had a lovely experience here this morning, enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee and tasty almond croissant before my train. Sophia the manager was great very friendly and funny we had a good chat. Would recommend :)
Visited 09/09/2023 at 18:00 for some of my favourite coffee beans (Blue Volcano). There were two baristas working, who were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. Unfortunately the store didn't have what I wanted in stock, (obviously not their fault) they talked through the flavour profiles of the beans in stock but I was quite clear on what I needed. They rang the nearest store to find out if they had it, which they did. They were super friendly and went above my expectations. This interaction makes me want to return to the store.
Coffee is good as always. Lots of sitting space upstairs.
Walked in here for the first time whilst waiting for the better half and it is a lovely rustic warming place with an amazing latte. I even got a bear. They have an AMAZING 'pay it forward' scheme to provide the homeless or someone in need with a free coffee with an additional message of inspiration on their free coffee board. Got served by a gentleman who had his first day today and was extremely polite and friendly. Wouldn't have guessed it was his first day.
Coffee is much better than Costa/Starbucks etc
Be there again.
There is always going to be a black sheep in the coffee business. It’s good to have this this chain at its centre.
Conveniently located next to Manchester Piccadilly station, this coffee shop exudes cool. They craft a good cuppa too.
I was waiting for the next train with my friend. So we decided to have coffee until then. First time trying their coffee. I loved the interior design. Good coffee and snacks. The prices were perfect for what we got. Their cheese toast was delicious 😋
After a very tiring and long flight, having not slept in nearly 24 hours, my partner and I were so happy to have stopped in here. We desperately needed a pick me up before we had to check in our hotel, which was for another 6 hours! Sophia made an excellent cappuccino and flat white. Both were strong, the milk extremely velvety and smooth. We both felt ready for the day ahead after that. So thank you! The atmosphere was awesome, and the gentleman on the till was very polite, too. I'll be back to try the espresso martini.
The best coffee I had in Manchester (Americano).
Also, the Wi-Fi works great and there is lots of space upstairs and power plugs, so it's a good place to work as well.
The staff is very friendly. I went there because I had a little phone-is-broken-so-I-lost-my-flight-tickets-emergency and one of the staff members then offered to print out my boarding pass in her free time, which saved my day.
After a long and stressful train journey I decided to treat myself to a nice coffee here at your venue. I was blown away by the service and especially the barista, I think she said her name was Lexi. Not only was she super helpful and polite, she gave me a nice compliment on my outfit which really was the cheering up I needed. The coffee was amazing too. Thank you Black sheep & thank you again Lexi.
Brilliant place, good vibes and love the outside balcony. A staff member named Nadine stood out particularly to me, very good service and would come again.
Stopped in and had a great experience. Our coffee selections were wonderful, the brownie was great, staff was very helpful. Location is spot on. We will return!
Just happened to call, while waiting for public transport. Only had a coffee so cannot comment on the food available. The coffee was grand & the service friendly & prompt.
There wasn't a great deal of customers at the time, but all seemed to be enjoying the relaxing atmosphere..created purposely by the owners.
Clean friendly & cheerful, what more can a customer require. So it's 👍💚☘️😎
Coffee is amazing, the best I've had in a while. There's a myriad of drinks to choose from including smoothies and hot chocolate. Lovely place to sit in although you can choose to take away.
