Holy Grain Sourdough Bakery - Manchester - Photo album

Every Saturday I find the best pain au chocolat in Manchester. I love the morning buns and different kinds of brioches 💛✨🍞
Absolutely delicious! I bought the cardamom twist as a payday treat and it was incredible. Perfectly baked and exactly the right sweetness level. I could eat about 10 of these!
Given the baffling lack of bakeries on this side of town; anywhere selling fresh bread would be a benefit. That the sourdough they bake is truly excellent makes this place a real gem, and along with great bread, they’re cool people who care about what they do. Couldn’t recommend it enough
Sourdough loaf here has only gotten better since I last visited a few months back. Huge and worth every penny, best loaf this side of town easily!
Once a week, I make a 25-mile round trip to buy my bread. It is well worth it.
I went in hoping to find some rye bread, as I am wheat intolerant, and they did not disappoint! The bread is so good, I get weekly now!
Probably the best sourdough in Manchester. Come early, otherwise they might be sold out.
Very good sandwich and drink. The sourdough is excellent, one of the best in Manchester. The service was kind and friendly. We had very nice time and brunch. The local is a bit small, so we have our brunch in the table outside. Surely I will come back!
Best bread in Manchester by far! It's not easy to find good bakeries around and this one is a true gem. They have a nice range of different baked goods and none have disappointed me so far. Delighted to know they are now open from Tuesday to Sunday.
A fine selection of sourdough breads and pastries. One of the best bakeries I’ve been to. Some bakeries use the term sourdough as a marketing tool but this place is the real deal.
